Beautiful spacious room with own pool (Gold room). Bedding/towels frequently refreshed. Complimentary water daily. Friendly staff and a good Turkish breakfast (same everyday with a choice of eggs). Lovely view and main pool area.

The bar prices are ridiculous. £9 for a cappuccino, similar for an Effes. If you want anything except filter coffee or chai with breakfast then it’s chargeable. This wasn’t explained beforehand. The in room Nespresso pods are also chargeable. We’ve stayed in many hotels in Kas over the years and this was a first for us. Disappointed that the bread with breakfast was processed bake it rolls rather than the local daily fresh bread we usually get served at other hotels we’ve stayed at. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing. No juices, yoghurt or fresh fruit (just sliced orange/grapefruit daily). Again no big deal, I took my own each morning without any problem.

The view from our balcony was beautiful, especially at sunset. The hotel beach was so good! We even saw a turtle! Breakfast had a good selection of tasty fresh food. We loved the playlist played at the beach and pool very cool!

Breakfast started too late. 8:30 is just not early enough, the hotel is a little secluded about 14 mins out of the main town, so the lunch and dinner options are very important. The burgers were terrible the pizza was inedible nothing we ordered was actually fully eaten. For the inflated prices of the food the quality needs to be fixed. After a long day out on the boats we wanted to order in from a local pide shop who were happy to deliver. But we were told it was not allowed under hotel policy. As the food was terrible we had to get a taxi into town and back. Only 2 coffee pods were supplied on days the room was cleaned, this wasn’t daily.

amazing design of hotel, beautiful views, access to the sea, regular dolmus to kas, quiet. interior decor subjective.ie bed looked fantastic very large mattress on a massive wooden platform ( unfortunately sqeeeked if you rolled over and banged your legs as you got out.) double bed sized mirror hanging from the ceiling gave you the impression of a raised room height and accentuated the fabulous view down the peninsular. Special mention to the cleaners who were fantastic room spotless

the hotel needs better mangement, lots of staff but no organisation of them. Because kas village is so nice the hotel lacks atmosphere and is empty in the evening, such a shame as the food is very good. The cat is a nuisance, scratched my wifes leg, the hotel dog is lovely and followed us up to the dolmus every night

Amazing experience! Stayed 3 nights in the honeymoon room and it really was so special. The view and also sunsets from the balcony (and balcony) pool were amazing. The staff were so lovely and friendly, and helped us with any queries they have. The breakfast is delicious with very attentive staff. We read before going that the food / drink menus were expensive in the hotel (I can confirm they were) so we stocked up on before going which I would recommend. There is also private sea access from the hotel. Peaceful and special experience that I would recommend to all. We will definitely be back to visit!!

If food and drink prices were lower I would have been more inclined to purchase some instead of bringing my own

The hotel was lovely, great views and great location. The staff were great.

Poor vegetarian options for the calibre of hotel it claims to be. Chef very rigid in his/her thinking on vegetarian food, and lacked flexibility. Other guests smoking continuously on their terrace which meant I couldn't enjoy relaxing on my terrace with the horrible smell of smoke, despite having paid a lot of money. For health reasons I can accept breathing in cigarette smoke. It seems like the smokers can enjoy smoking on their terrace but non-smokers cannot enjoy being non-smokers.

We recently had a wonderful time at this hotel and overall had a positive experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was just perfect for our needs. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, making us feel right at home from the start.

However, we must mention that we encountered some cleaning issues during our stay. It seemed as though the room cleaning was not always thorough. Dust on surfaces and a few areas that were not properly cleaned were unfortunately quite noticeable. This was a minor drawback in an otherwise enjoyable stay. We want to emphasize that this cleanliness issue wouldn't necessarily deter us from considering another visit. We hope that the hotel management will pay even more attention to in-stay room cleaning in the future to further enhance the experience for all guests.

It is unusual to be surrounded by such a caring team. We presented a big family with miscellaneous needs (last minute need for a transfer, speeded up dry cleaning, placing additional bed, etc.) and all of the requests were readily executed. I also would like to point out that every team member (cleaning personnel, restaurant crew and reception managers) demosntrated high-class service and strong client orientedness. Our family sincerely thanks every one of them!

Stunning room with incredible views, and impeccably designed and maintained. Staff were helpful and accommodating to our requests and questions as well. We used the spa services and they were also amazing - the hamam experience in particular! The restaurant does brilliant food for dinner, and is a welcome culinary step up from the more standard food served in restaurants in the centre of Kas. The beach area is also peaceful and beautiful, again with excellent service and vibes. Thanks!

The facility is beautiful and located nicely with direct access to the sea. The staff, the bar (best Margarita in town), the sunset… we had a very beautiful stay.

They had a problem with the hot water distribution during our stay in the section of the hotel we were staying. Without that issue, we would have put a 5 star!

This was a top tier hotel with perfect location near the sea. Easy access to the sea, perfect sunset view. The staffs were amazing with customer service, our room was spacey with two balconies and private pool. We were sad to leave this hotel. It’s honeymoon location worthy.
