The hotel offers exceptional service, with a very friendly receptionist who provided me with great recommendations for places to visit in the Kayseri area. Although there aren't many well-known tourist spots, the staff went above and beyond to give me valuable information on hidden gems, which made my vacation much more exciting and enjoyable. I had requested adjacent rooms for our family vacation, and they accommodated this perfectly. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking, which was convenient as we had a car.

(actually stayed here November 2023) We were getting the dogu express which leaves Kayseri at 1am so we booked somewhere to rest so we didn't have to wait in the cold. Hotel is a very short 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff were really lovely and welcoming. When we explained we were leaving very early and wouldn't be there for breakfast they offered to make us a sandwich and this was ready for us as we left! Really kind of them and really great service. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean if a little tired but it was perfect for what we needed.

The room was huge, the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and had a lot of options. The location is really good, very close to the airport so very handy for someone arriving late like us. The staff was really friendly. There was street parking not far from the hotel.

There was no coffee at breakfast, only tea (not a big deal but just pointing out) and the shower head was broken (also not a big deal as we were only there for 1 night).

Quiet big room, nice staff,I left my handbag outside. Staff found it and return back, very honest. Good breakfast, excellent view.Near airport. Walking distance to restaurants and nice railway station opposite the hotel.good bargain hotel. Will come again when they sort out air con.

No air con. Wait till midnight and had some fresh air to cool down the room. Too hot for oversea tourists.

Staff helped us in everything we needed. We had to leave the hotel before breakfast time to go to the airport and they prepared for us hot pancakes to take away.

The buffet breakfast had a lot of choices. The staff was friendly. And the location was good; a 10 minutes walk to the city centre.

Not far at all from city center, close to hospitals, Anatolia Park Hotel is a clean, comfy place. Has its own SPA, the staff is friendly and helpful. You feel at home. I recommend warmly.
