The staff are super friendly and helpful - always asking how our day was and if there was anything they could do. The food was delicious every day and the bar man was great! He always remembered our order, gave us a pack of cards to play with and was chatty and attentive.

The spa had no working showers to use in between sauna and use of the Hammam was an extra charge and so we ended up not using it which is a shame after hours on the ski slope.

The hotel is near the ski resort. There is a free shuttle to the slope available. My room was clean and bed was comfortable. All stuff were very nice. Great breakfast and dinner. Also. the bar was great. The hammam and dry sauna were free for the guests. I really enjoyed my stay :)

The half-board food was brilliant - tasty and great variety. Staff were really helpful. The location was so close to the slopes - walkable or if you wanted there was a shuttle. Note there is a ski shop wight next to the hotel we had booked elsewhere.

Shower was too small - I could stand in it.

Great staff, you can ask them anything and they will help you. The hotel is close to one of the Gondolas and you can ask them how to reach the others with a shuttle. The food was delicious!

Right next to ski centre , staff outstanding, friendly very helpful. You can hire good quality equipment at the hotel , transfer of 100 by bus

The location was perfect, being so close to the main gondola lift, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Nothing was ever any trouble for them.

Absolute pleasure staying here. Lovely location, staff and atmosphere.
