The snow was amazing, we had a blast playing snow around the hotel area and also DAS apres area. Breakfast and dinner was also amazing with a lot of variation that changes everyday. After dinner we spend a lot of our time in the game room, plenty of activities that can catter every range of age, lighting in some game room area can be improved though such as in pingpong area which is a bit too dark to play comfortably. All the staff were also very nice and very helpful, most of them speak basic english. Guest Relation Ms. Akmaral was the best, she really helps all our need and speaks fluent english. She actively informed us about activities, and responded to our chat very fast, making our stay so enjoyable. Will definitely stay again in DAS when we go to Erciyes!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly, always eager to help with any questions. The well-prepared meals added to the overall positive experience. Definitely worth revisiting!

While After Das had high prices, the service justified the cost. However, the allowance of indoor smoking was a significant drawback, hindering our participation in workshops. Additionally, considering environmental impact, the hotel could lower heating settings and opt for larger water bottles in restaurants and rooms instead of small ones.

Me and my wife were staying in the big chalet with chimney and own sauna, we felt very comfortable like at home and satisfied about everything: food, serves, care about us. We had butler and he was very responsive about our preferences ( my wife is very demanding about service and she is very sensitive of food). Also big thanks for our guest relation who speaks Russian and was interested about our staying and comfort every day. Sure, we will come back!

Sometimes cleaning was not perfect, but I didn’t talk about it with somebody.

- Absolutely do not recommend renting at the hotel's own ski equipment rental place! Out of the three places we rented equipment during our vacation this was the most expensive and the equipment was so outdated and fit so poorly, that it ruined that day's skiing trip. We had to come back earlier because the equipment just hurt us - The hot wine at the apres ski bar was more than twice as expensive as the delicious hot wine at the next door apres ski bar

The service and the location are exceptional , thanks to our guest relations lady Akmaral arranged everything for us from ski equipments , shuttles to ski to room services …… the hotel includes ski passes and half board , variety of food and taste are great ! We will definitely come back for another ski vacation in DAS 3917 again !!

I chose Das3917 for a ski vacation and was very satisfied. When you request a shuttle, it arrives within 2-3 minutes and takes you to the ski lift in no time. The decor and location are excellent. The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly.

The game room needs upgrading

Meals were delicious with good variety; staff was helpful and friendly; rooms were spacious and clean.

There were only two things I would like to see the hotel to improve please: 1. Rooms and Hotel building in general are extremely hot. Whilst the Hotel is very considerate with recycling and environment, I do hope that they will not waste the energy next time I go. 2. The gym is located where the spa and indoor swimming pool is. It is very hot and dark. The gym's location should be relocated to upper floors with day light, access to fresh air and adjustable room temperature as it is a good option when the weather is poorly to ski.

We loved the clean spacious room, the view and the friendly, helpful staff. We had bad weather and were not able to ski as much as we wanted to, but the hotel offers a lot indoors, so we felt looked after. Huge food selection!

The jacizzi in the spa area was not working.

We like the fast respond from the staff (Guest Relation) handling our complained, the breakfast and dinner menus were fantastic, and the facilities all are ok.

The location is misleading from what we saw on booking.com pictures, it doesn't direct to the ski room (need shuttle to go there).

The property is very close to the ski slope. There is a shuttle bus that takes you there every 10 min. There is a full spa, great staff, and good food. They even gave us each 14 ski run passes when we arrived as a welcome present.
