I enjoyed my 8 days staying is this hotel very much. The staff were super helpful and responsive; the room is cleaned nicely every day. Very good buffet breakfast with plenty of selections. The location is very good for people who are active and enjoy walking from a residential area to the Castle and Republic Square (15 mins or so). It is only a few minutes walk to a metro station which is frequent and super modern. The receptionist Can Özergin in particular is very helpful in organising shuttle bus transfer to Erciyes ski resort, and sorting out the mis-understanding in return journey schedules with the shuttle bus company. He speaks perfect English and provides information regarding public transport options to the ski resort as well as how to get to the main Bus Station for my onward journey to Cappadocia. The Wifi signal is strong and reliable.

The mosque opposite hotel has a 5pm morning call to prayer, which doesn't bother me as I woke up early. For people who prefer not to be woken up that early might want to ask for a room away from the street.

The Bupa hotel is great value for money. Our room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. Everyday our water and tea/coffee was replaced. The staff is friendly and will do more than can be expected to make your stay comfortable. Location is about two kilometers from most attractions. Breakfast was wonderful with a good variety and always fresh and replenished. Can highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers performance beyond its price. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was average—it wasn't very good.

The insulation on the walls was very poor; I could literally hear the conversations of the people in the next room.

It is a nice hotel with nice staff and also the manager is very helpful and nice to all customers, the hotel is generally very clean, it is in the centre of the city and very easy to get transportation to any place

neat, clean hotel, staff speaks little English, but tries, warm floor, TV, WiFi, buffet, but almost without meat, only instant coffee, very hot blankets, there is a mosque right in front of the hotel and at 06:30 the first sermon starts very loudly , everywhere they accept cash Euros and Dollars, as well as credit cards

Location is quiet central, and the breakfast is absolutely fabulous, with a huge variaty of food! All facicilities in the room were working as they should be: Airco, fridge, hot water, Wifi etc.

Could be a bit loud in the hallway as my room was next to the elevator but it didn't really bother me. Also the staff does speak some english but not very well. Luckeliy we have translater apps! :)

The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and to help guide us on to our next destination. Well beyond our expectations. The shower was outstanding -- hot water with good water pressure. We have discovered that this is not a given in Turkey. Breakfast was excellent. A great selection of fresh vegetables, greens, cheeses, olives, and breads, as well as cooked selections Much better than we had expected. The location was just a five minute walk from a bus stop to the Otogari.

Really, not much to complain about.

We liked almost everything. the staff was kind and the breakfast was great! The rooms are good but basic.

The hotel is right next door to a mosque so we woke up every morning very early with laud prayer calling.

Internet is not good enough. They provide limited tea bags, but usually provide more when asked.
