Nice hotel for a night (or a long stay - it seems that rooms are suitable for that). It's a bit outdated, but he view is certainly nice and the rooms are nice and suitable. The direct surroundings of the hotel is nothing much, allthough there is a shopping centre very nearby. Usually tourists don't stay long in Kaisery. Not much to see/do there. We spent the evening in the city centre, which was enough for us. We had a car to get to the hotel, it is located in the outskirts. We choose the room with little kitchenette so we could drink tea and coffee, which was pleasant. Breakfast was nice too. plenty offered, mostly Turkish style, but eggs and sandwiches as well. We choose the hotel for the view on Erciyes as we were about to go there next day. Erciyes did not dissapoint!

The only meal we had at the lobby restaurant, which was part of the half board package was dreadful, it did not match the standard offered at breakfast or when we were sent to the loft restaurant for the other evening meals, which were also part of the half board package. We wouldn't book half board again because the standard of food for the one night out of six meals we had was very disappointing, we would eat at the loft restaurant a la carte as the food there was amazing, consistently

Location, size of room, accepted our doggy Teddy, close to Erciyes, friendliness and helpfulness of staff !! Wonderful

Room could have done with being updated. No cutlery or cooking pots/pans etc. few cupboards broken and whole room looked a bit old but we would still come back as it was a fantastic 3 night stay !!!!

Good stylish renovation in loft style. Very polite and pleasant staff. you can order a transfer to the ski resort, mostly comfortable VIP-class cars arrived. There is a sauna and a swimming pool. from the window a great view of the mountain. You can see both sunrise and sunset. In general, we liked it

This is an apart-hotel with its own kitchen, there is a stove, but there was no utensils at all. there weren't even cups. instead there were small cardboard cups. The bed was too soft for me and the pillows were too big and not comfortable. The sauna is very small. And there were always a lot of people. especially not comfortable when one family of 6 people comes in and then there is no place for others. people who don’t live in the hotel came to this sauna also. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but close to the bus stop.

Excellent location, beautiful design, all rooms with mountain views, great breakfast buffet with a wide selection of dishes, wonderful responsive and friendly staff, good (albeit very small size for such a large hotel) SPA with hammam and sauna.

A wonderful hotel with an excellent Loft concept, there are some minor complaints about the cleanliness and deterioration of the room, we had a beautiful room with a bath and a wonderful view, but there was dark mold in the bath on the corners, the wallpaper on the walls was peeling off in places, there were burn marks on the furniture. The whole hotel is very pleasant and beautiful, but I want to "put it in order" - paint where it's peeling off and wash where it's dirty. The staff is helpful and friendly, great breakfast, great cafe on the roof (but very expensive). In general, I liked the place - I recommend it, but be prepared that everything in the photo is "fresh" than in reality.

The Kayseri Loft Hotel is simply perfect! Always excellent service and friendly staff… I have stayed in hotels all over Turkey, but nowhere have I felt as at home as I did at Kayseri Loft Hotel. The rooms are very clean, and they even provide a prayer rug and a Quran. I highly recommend it!

When we checked in, it was cloudy, and I thought it odd that all the guest rooms were on one side of the building. The next morning was clear, and I saw Mount Erciyes in all its glory. Kayseri Loft is very convenient to the Kayseri airport, but a bit far from downtown. Food at the top floor restaurant was both good and relatively inexpensive. All in all, for someone who is flying into/out of Kayseri and renting a car, this is an excellent location.

We had a great time in the Kayseri Loft Hotel. I totally recommend especially for those who come by car with a dog. You an park right next tothe hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are super comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed the local dishes in the top floor restaurant with the beautiful view. The breakfast was excellente. I am sad we only had one night, I hope we can come back.

Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Very well located just a few steps from the tram. The restaurant service was also good we ordered in the room and the food was fresh and tasty. .

Although it's written on their page but they don't have airport shuttle facilities. Also AC wasn't cooling and lighting was sufficient.

The restaurant was amazing, especially the terrace seating area. The breakfast was good with a good selection of foods. The staff were very helpful and friendly and even though there was a language barrier with the cleaning staff, they were patient and friendly. We also really liked the fact there was a balcony in the room. The hotel is 5 mins from the theme park in Kayseri and only 10/15 mins away from the airport which was very convenient.

The air conditioning in the hotel is weak. All floors and areas of the hotel are so hot and the room was unbelievably warm. There is no air conditioning in the second bedroom so we had to leave the balcony room door open at night.
