The great modern hotel. It is very convenient that on the first floor there is great restaurant Big Chef, we usually visit this cafe in Antalya. The hotel also has great internet connection that's very rare for Turkey. The room is comfortable, perfect soundproofing, excellent bed.

The size of room is perfect of 2 people, but when the extra bed is added there is not much space. There is traditional Turkish breakfast, it is poor choice for our son.

Stylish bathroom, reasonable size room, large bed, reasonable selection for breakfast, nice mountain view, central atrium, reception area & bar very stylish!

Although we were on a non smoking floor in the evenings there was a strong smell of smoke in our room!

The location of the property is perfect and the city is also very clean and well laid out. The staff at the reception, Ms.Salma was very patient in letting us know about the things to do. The room that we stayed was very nice and colourful! The staff were all very helpful and could convesre in English. The Kayseri castle is just down the road and it is a very pleasant walk along the tramline. The city square opp. to the castle is a very happening place and gives a character to the City. We wished we could have stayed here and done Capadocya but may not be suitable for the early morning (4.30am) balloon safari. Otherwise, very near to Capadocya and a good, reasonably priced hotel.

There is not much on the menu for vegetarians! At least, some items should be made availablle on request and we suffered a lot! Also, nearby, there are no great places to eat.

The room is spacious and clean.Bathroom and the shower pressure very good.They serve Dove as body bath soap and Shampoo.Tq very much.Big Chef restaurant is a nice place to eat.Food served is good but very slow.

Staff needs to be proficient in English.Perhaps the hotel management could think of making a short course in English for the staff.StFf on front desk must not just be presentable but in terms of communication skills.

Very clean and modern. Nice amenities and a gym. Could do with a few more weights, but overall a very nice hotel. Loved the rooftop restaurant. Great views 👌🏻

That I couldn’t stay longer.

The middle of the night room service was super friendly, very reactive and the food was very tasty. The entire staff was professional and reactive. We arrived late and left early and still managed to have a full hotel experience.

Not many smiles from the front-desk staff -- maybe cultural. Asked for help booking a taxi but the price proposed was absurd - I ended up booking one myself for 20% of the price proposed by the hotel.

The hotel looked very modern and amazing interior design. Rooms were great and spacious. The restaurants were fantastic and in general, it was a Perfect package!

I loved everything about the property. Only the bathrooms could have been more clean

No lotion and conditioner in the room, although thh he is is nitpicking.

The room had no air conditioning. staff had trouble communicating. They kept trying to charge for all the additional facilities and accomodation that I have prepaid for.
