Exceptional breakfast! Big rooms, clean and comfort. Nice swimming pools for adults and kids and sauna/hammam. Not too many people, can relax. Hotel is located near big shopping mall which makes your stay very easy to find food and make kids busy Worth to visit - Kaiseri castle and reed lake to watch the birds

Big nice bathroom, but no hooks to hang towel or anything else. How can that be? Hard to find space on parking No kids room/special place Don't trust advertisement-sheet saying there is a secon biggest waterfall in the world nearby. Waterfall is very small and far from Kaiseri

This is the best hotel in Kayseri. Location, Facilities, Room, Free Shuttle Transfer to Erciyes, Staff Service, however lots of improvements could be made to make it better

-Very slow WiFi so buy an eSIM when visiting turkey -Overpriced restaurant with mediocre menu in the hotel -You have to buy a swimming hat from the hotel or have a swimming hat to swim in the pool -No drinks in the minibar in the room -Half the staff at the hotel have poor english

- I booked rooms for Mt Erciyes (as I saw the photos of Family Room in the booking.com), but my rooms only gave me the small part of Erciyes. The reception said there is no room that has a clear view (nor direct view) to Mt Erciyes. - Slow action from reception (while check in, while booking the airport transfer). - Punctuality.

Excellent hotel with comfortable, modern, and quiet rooms with wonderful view. We stayed there with our parents and our one-year-old child. We really enjoyed everything. Wonderful location, both for walking around the city and for a ski holiday. There is a shopping center nearby. Very polite and helpful staff. The restaurant has a very varied breakfast with a large selection (perfect for 7-10 days stay).

Wi-Fi always logs out, so you need constantly log in again, especially after you go out of the hotel. Everything else was perfect.

Friendly staff, modern Hamman and the rooms were very large and comfortable. Service is good, food is good. Well placed between it’s sister hotel on the slopes in Ercyles to ski for the day and a short drive to the antique cave town of Cappadocia which is pure heaven. Hotel has a shuttle to the slopes at 9.50

Smell of smoke wafts through the restaurant and bar. Whole place smells of stale cigarettes. They should move smoking area to outside the lobby. Very off putting. The restaurant and bar hours are irregular - main restaurant isn’t always open however, if you get hold of a staff member to order it will Come from the bar upstairs however potentially not drinks service. We were not the bar tender doesn’t start until 5 pm when we were trying to order lunch. No big deal we got around it. Mostly, other than the front desk very little English is spoken. Google translate is very useful.

Excellent location with valet parking, very, very comfortable room and extremely comfortable bed, good pillows, top-notch, professional staff, and everything you would expect from a five star hotel in town. Restaurant was very good, breakfast was tasty. The room was very quiet, and we were upgraded to the top floor, which had amazing views. It was a lovely stay.

I can’t think of anything, it absolutely delivered, as Radisson Blu always does.

Once-daily free shuttle to/from the more expensive Radisson Blu Erciyes so you can go skiing. The sauna and pool were nice. Room service was good and was not overpriced. Helpful staff. Next door to a shopping mall with a big food court. The Erciyes view was worth paying slightly more for.

Shuttles back from Erciyes to Kayseri are only at 5pm, nothing earlier. Pool was a little cold.

+ Staff , from the moment we stepped into the place, we were surprised by the friendliness of the staff. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was nice. The guest relation officer (Ms Mariam (?) ) was extra friendly and very professional. Mr. Brook (?) at the reception also very helpful. (I might be probably wrong with names) + Room - extra spacious with many amenities, there were nothing we could ask for more. comfortable bed. + Location : Next to Forum shopping mall, so many restaurants and food stalls, Tram station at walking distance + Value for money - Its a Raddisson Blu hotel, so its expensive, but worth every Lira we paid

Incredible location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby and short distance to the airport. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful spa and pool. I’ll definitely book a room here next time.

Great stay in Kayseri Radisson blue, with excellent amenities ( spa, pool, sauna) and so diversified options for breakfast. Large and clean rooms. A bit challenging finding a parking spot near the hotel. Ski shuttle to/from Ercyes area was a nice bonus!
