If we could give this hotel more than 10, we would. From beginning to end of our stay, the staff were kind and attentive and generous. The suite we had was spacious and calm and we were welcome to use the whole hotel with its terraces and carpeted waiting room and comfortable dining room. We were regularly offered tea and coffee, the breakfasts were superb and everyone worked extremely hard to make sure we had the best stay. The location is an oasis in a busy city, amongst and in historic buildings and close to different cafes and restaurants that cater for all. We were very happy here and would like to have stayed longer. Thanks to everyone for making us feel special, and allowing us to use the space for the day after checkout and before our evening train.

Located right in the old town of Kayseri and a short walk from the city center, this hotel is a real gem. The staff were super accommodating: we had booked one of the modern rooms but since there was a concert on nearby, they gave us the option to take the traditional room which was facing away from the concert and therefore quieter (they even showed us both room so we could decide). The pictures of the traditional room don't do it justice, it's a huge super nice room with a modern bathroom. There is a lot of attention to detail in the hotel, we got an iced tea when we arrived, there are complementary biscuits in the lobby, and there is loose tea in the room to brew. Our booking included breakfast but we had to leave before the breakfast started, so the staff arranged takeaway sandwiches for us. They also gave us a great dinner restaurant recommendation with authentic regional food. They also have parking available free of charge.

We stayted at Four Mansios Hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay alot! The Hotel is located in a calm area without traffic or noise, but still near the city centre (~10min walk) and about 15min from the airport by car. Parking s p a c e s are right outside the main entrance and spacy. The hotel was renovated a few years back and creates a very charming atmosphere with a mix of classic and modern elements. They offer classic turkish breakfast. There are no specific dinner times, however there is a small range of dishes you can choose from that will be freshly prepared by the receptionists upon you order. We tried all meals during our stay and they were very tasty, and cooked with regional ingredients. The rooms seemed a bit larger than most others and fulfilled all our expectations. The TV comes with Netflix App; WiFi was fast and mostly stable. Our favourite part however is the staff! Their kindness and service was extraordinary! We defenitely recommend Four Mansions for your stay.

Facilities and rooms generally very nice and spacious. It was a Ramadan period and the hotel restaurant was not fully functional, but still the staff took care of us and offered a very nice dinners. We spent in the hotel 5 nights, Merve and Esra were always there and we felt in good hands, one of the best hosts I have ever experienced.

Location of the hotel is good, but the neighborhood from one side looks quite dirty, the other side was nice. Access to the hotel by car first time was a little confusing.

The breakfast was excellent and well stocked. Additionally, the entire staff, including the receptionist, as well as Esra and Merve, were amazingly helpful in getting us settled and providing us with a delicious local meal for dinner. We were also able to get laundry done quickly, which was great!

Four Mansions was extremely difficult to find driving a rental car. We were only able to do so via the Apple iphone map program. Additionally, while they provide some local foods for dinner, and it was excellent, they do not have a full-service restaurant for evening meals. Also, the beautiful corner bathtub leaked heavily.

It's probably the most traditional hotel I have seen. It looks like a small palace and it combines old classic with modern architecture. The personnel of the reception was great from the first one to the last one. Merve from the reception offered us a very delicious turkish beverage when we arrived and she also gave us a very nice tour in the hotel explaining the role of every room. Another girl from the reception named Esra gave us wonderful information about the city and its history. Finally, the other receptionist named Cagkan welcomed us in the breakfast area and he also gave us as a souvenir a traditional turkish sweet.

We appreciated the efforts put into the renovation and furnishing of the hotel that now give it a unique charm. We had a spacious unit with 3 beds that was a perfect size for a family of 4. The location is central in Kayseri, however we were driving to Erciyes daily (around 30 mins each way) and didn't have much time to explore the town. Personnel is very friendly and always willing to help.

Not much, just note if you have limited mobility this place may not be best for you.

very friendly staff and a great atmosphere of the hotel situated in a reconstructed historic building complex. The breakfast was relatively diverse and of good quality, the room was very specious and had its own charme. Car parking directly in front or behind the house, staff also helps with the luggage and/or parking the car.

not convenient for people with limited mobility or if you need to carry a lot of luggage (historic building has many big stairs). Some details in the room were annoying (light switch for the bathroom was behind the sliding door so you needed to close the door to switch it on, then open it for entering the bathroom, before closing it again, etc.

Our room was very spacious and we had a big rain shower as well as a jacuzzi. There were a lot of inside and outside lounges as well as on-site parking directly in front of the hotel. All in all, hotel was very clean. Staff was super nice and tried their best despite language barriers.

We arrived as 3 pairs + 1 single person. For me and my boyfriend, we got the room we have booked with the jacuzzi. 1 pair booked the same suite but got a downgrade as there was no jacuzzi and the room was more traditional and not modern and was smaller as well. As the hotel was fully booked out, there was no option to change the room or get a refund. This was unfortunate as a discount was definitely a good solution for both sides. Nevertheless, my boyfriend and me were very satisfied with our personal experience.
