The hotel itself has all the basic needs you would need. Elevators are new and the hotel has a great parking area upfront which can accommodate plenty of vehicles.

Hotel room was rather tired. Lighting in the room was very limited. The hotel is located outside of the centre in a rather industrial area with plenty of factories around. Be careful on match days as the hotel is located very close to the football stadium.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel.I really liked the service of the employees and the staff. The room was was spotless, well cleaned and organized making it a great experience. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. And a special thanks to Aylin for her hospitality and help that she provided.

Good rooms, not connecting, creative and new, and location is ok

the second room we took had smoking smell, it looked like that they allowed smoking on a NON smoking floor. We told them we want to change rooms, they changed but we forgot our luggage so we CLEARLY said to the staff we need a keycard to access our old room, and the staff was like: “my friend will help you” but the security that took us to the room didn’t have keycard, so we waited a few minutes. Not really pleasant, bit waste of time.

Best Room, great Stuff, parking, allmost everything except of Location

Noice of close factory working all night, so you can not open the window. But air conditioning is working.

We stayed in this hotel for one day,, we enjoyed staying here very much. High quality service is very impressive. We will definitely choose to stay in this hotel one more time.

The bed was really comfortable,friendly staff and nice breakfast. We had a small problem with the door key, but the reception was quick to solve the issue .

It’s a bit far from the attractions in Samsun.

Room was clean.

Reservation was done for two person but everything were put for one(towels, slippers, bottle of water). In shower shampoo was almost empty.

Very minor but the bathroom was showing signs of tiredness. Wallpaper starting to peel off the wall but overall very happy with the hotel.
