I stayed here twice before and after a retreat in Lunlunta. The second time, I found the room to be much, much better, and I had help with my luggage to get it to my room. I thought the breakfast was very nice. I thought the staff was great. The location was perfect for me. This is a very sweet hotel!

The room I had the first time I visited was a bit out of date (the room I had the second time was excellent). The gas burner and the fact that I needed matches to use it seemed intimidating. I just used the microwave. I didn't like that there wasn't lighting at night for the balcony walkways near the rooms. There are some steps there that are hard to see at night and I almost fell a couple of times.

Love the location of the property and the staff were more than accommodating on every level. They were helpful, accommodating, and extremely professional. The rooms were not exactly clean, but considering where we were location staff it was good. We would stay here again.

The rooms could've been cleaner there was dirt on the beds. The floors had dirt in the corner, but I understand that staff is hard to find.

Big apartment with comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful with recommendations, organising tours and fixing any problems that arose.

The kitchenette was missing some utencils. There was some noise from a machine on the property. Over looked housing, but one could just about see the Andes.

Great time, great service. Beds large and comfortable, good shower. The staff were very helpful and kind, the service is outstanding. The apart hotel has a modern decor, the swimming pool is very nice, The apartments are clean and very pleasant.

The staff were all very friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious, with scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, fresh juice, medialunas, a variety of breads and cereal, and excellent coffee. I like the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here.

The apartments are quite new, clean, modern and fully equipped. Staff are helpful and efficient. Good location. The hotel facilities are very comfortable. I really enjoyed it and will be back!

It is a placed in a really good neighborhood. Room size it is perfect.

It is good buffet breakfast, but the hotel use 30 mins turns, which is not relaxing time, you have to rush when in holidays, it sucks. There was some issue with receptionist, when we tried to extend one day, he wanted us to pay double for one extra day when Booking said same value.. then we arrange for Booking price with another receptionist.
