The restaurant was great for dinner. We ate there every evening during our four day stay, so we had eight different mains between the two of us, and they were all excellent. The curry in particular was fragrant and delicious. Love that it’s an open kitchen, and it was clear that the staff are professional and enjoy their work. The wine list was excellent, with mostly local wines and not over-priced. The waitress was super helpful and ensured we always got the table we asked for.

The breakfast service seemed under-staffed - serving stations were not refilled when low, or tidied up. Hot food was good, but the serving containers are impractical- you have to hold the lid up with one hand, serve with the other hand and balance your plate carefully. The marmalades and jams etc seemed chosen for their economy, not their quality. Coffee was good.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast from fruit, cereal, juices, flat whites, and cooked items. Staff were delightful. Location was great as we were there for ANZAC Day commemorations. The township is a near pleasant walk of 10 minutes. The rooms were well presented and laid out, nice big bathroom.

Housekeeping was random with having to ask for new towels twice as they were removed but not replaced. It was a bit stingy making a big deal of 2 complimentary bottles of water for first day of our stay, worth all of $1 each. It wouldn't have hurt to replenish these each day, our 5 nights was worth $ 1 958 to Hilton Hotels.

Breakfast was great in general especially for people with non dietary constraints. The location is great. Nice setup with friendly staff in general.

Breakfast was great in general but not well organized for people that have dietary restrictions such as Gluten and lactose intolerances. We stayed 4 nights. At our first breakfast we advised that one of our members is gluten and lactose intolerant. The manager indicated that they would look at also providing GF pastries/muffins/cakes and lac free yoghurt options during the remaining 3 days of our stay which sadly even with the right intentions did not eventuate.

The rooms were large and contained everything i needed to complete my courses. The meals were delicious, and the option of breakfast included in the fare was great. The buffet breakfast was expansive and had everything on offer. Definitely worth the money. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again. They even had all your toiletries in the bathroom. A huge thanks to all the staff for making my stay a pleasure.

Few things I’m 5ft 2 and the hairdryer is on the top shelf in the bathroom at the very back - couldn’t reach it I thought the bathroom was very dangerous even with a shower curtain around the floor was wash with water tight to the door the washbasin and toilet !!! A slip hazard !! I always wonder why there is no easy chair or a small table in a room Maybe mine was too cheap at $400 night but sitting on a bed for hours is not comfy at aged 80 and sitting at a desk to watch tv also not right No one explained where the pool was there was no customer welcome explanation of services which used to happen in the “ old “ days I worked for 7 years in 5 star hotels in sales so I m quite familiar with how hotels work or used too

Lovely view, loved the breakfast spread, parking was just outside the property, Due south restaurant just opposite and they serve good food till late. We love the room, it was very comfortable, clean, warm and cosy. Staff were all very patient and helpful. Bedroom slippers provided. Hotel is a convenient drive to places like the gap, misery beach, bald head, and little beach was not too far of a drive as well. Highly recommend if you're visiting Albany.

Excellent new facilities, excellent location. We stayed in the room with a partial ocean view. It was certainly worth doing. We enjoyed our meals at the Together restaurant during all three nights. The food and service were excellent and consistent during the three nights. We also enjoyed coffee in the little coffee shop in front of the hotel. This seems to be very popular.

There could be more storage facilities in the room. The floor cover in the gym should be changed to either carpet or laminate. The current resin floor cover smells very unpleasant. It would be also great to use excellent location of this hotel and place a gym in the room with a view. it would be a selling point for anyone who trains regularly.

Something is funny with the water, no matter how much we wash, regardless of the hotel supplied shower or hand soaps, or the face wash we owned, it takes alot of rinsing and it feels really oily and slippery. The staff can be uplifted with more attention, the requested crib takes a few confirmation at multiple times to receive it. Also made a request for an extra blanket which I had to visit the reception to personally pick up after 1.5 hr.

Good-sized modern room, well-decorated and well-lit, lots of outlets, very good a/c, comfortable bed with beautiful sheets, functional bathroom with the best liquid soaps and body lotion, great shower and towels, excellent breakfast, good gym. The staff are amazing; special thanks to Matthew (at the bar) and Richard (reception). Hotel is easy walking distance to main street and right at the water. What more do you want?

The bathroom seems to have a nice night light within the side shelf but it goes out with the main bathroom switch. :(

When we checked in our request for a high floor had been missed. Iginaticio immediately moved us to a quiet room on the fourth floor ( the highest). Excellent breakfast buffet; eggs cooked to order, would make additional French toast or waffles if what was on the buffet was a bit “ tired”. When the self serve coffee machine went on the blink ( chocolate dispenser was blocked) the staff made coffee at the bar to order until the maintenance staff serviced the public machine. Staff all were well trained, attentive to the point of knowing exactly what our preferences were after one morning! We couldn’t fault the room cleaning staff. All our special requests were met. Best of all was the entire hotel was quiet! No loud music in the hallways, minimal music outside the elevator. What a blessing not to have loud music foisted upon one!

There was an alacart menu for breakfast which we were not shown as our breakfast was included. The fresh fruit waffle looked wonderful .
