This is the perfect landing place when you arrive in Manaus by air, only 10 minutes drive from the airport and currently at a set rate of 30 Brazilian reais. The rooms are Ibis compact and minimal, the sheets are clean and white and beds are very comfortable. Half the staff is very friendly (Rebecca stands out) and the other half could use some coaching on greeting and dealing with guests at check in. The food is great in the restaurant.

The downside to the great airport location is the ... great airport location. To get to Manaus center will mean a 30-50 minute drive, depending on traffic which is getting more and more congested as the roads aren't keeping up with the number of vehicles circulating on the cramped and motorcycle infested streets. Any items like snacks and essentials however can be bought at the convenience store at the gas station right next door. Some of the staff are not particularly friendly and the contrast between those employees and the ones who are, makes the experience uneven.

A VERY EXCELLENT food selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had the buffet on all occasions. Food quality was excellent and there was variety. Kitchen personnel came out regularly not only to freshen up the selection but to check food temps with infrared measuring devices, which impressed. The room is quiet, water pressure is phenomenal and the hot water is hot. Staff is delightful, friendly, professional but not stuffy. Joseanne at the front desk speaks excellent English, although she will deny it, all the while speaking in English. Restaurant staff excellent. Housekeeping also, going out of their way to make sure my stay was optimal.

VERY minor maintenance issue in the shower: the door needs a rubber/plastic seal so it doesn't slam glass on glass. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

We only stayed there after arriving late at night and before being picked up for a tour to the Amazon. the location was perfect for that. the staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. they gave us blankets because the room is rather cold and we could store our luggage there for three days. the shower was the best we had in Brasil. the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. wifi worked well. breakfast was pretty decent. i would stay there again when being in Manaus.

the room is pretty cool due to the necessary air-conditioning. there could be more vegan options at breakfast (for example plant milk) and it would be nice if there was water in the minibar (you have to buy it at the bar)

We really liked that there was a good breakfast buffet (included in the price of the room) and a restaurant that offered several options for lunch and dinner.

Unfortunately, our flight into Manaus was delayed and we only arrived the second day of our reservation. However, we still had to pay for both nights.

Comparing with all Ibis I have been already, this was the best one! Super comfortable, nice, modern and super clean rooms and common areas! The breakfast was very good! The staff was super helpful and gave nice suggestion on where to go for dinner nad other local tips!

This is not abad thing, but if you want to stay near main attractions in Manaus, this hotel could be too far for you - and in a region with many traffic car.

Friendly staff and easy check in at very early hours of the morning. The AC worked well and the pressure of the shower was incredible. Wifi also worked well.

The room smells of damp; they really need dehumidifiers to help keep humidity at bay. Clothing and bed sheets feel slightly damp after a while. The TV is not smart and so no Netflix or online access.

It was a good value and close to the airport. Great for somebody who just needs to sleep or recover while waiting for a connecting flight.

It had a kind of bad smell throughout, not totally offensive but noticeable. Also everything felt damp—my sheets, my clothes. Must be the humidity.

Rooms were smallish, we had to call and ask for blankets, drinking water was charged extra, no glasses in the room for drinking water, no tea coffee in the room.

Airport is very closed to the hotel, breakfast was very good and you can see employees checking the food temperature during every meal served.
