facilities is nice, very clean and staff very helpful. This place is def for a solo traveler that won't stay for many days. I was a solo traveler however had two big luggages with me and by the entrance it didn't have any access ramp to carry my luggages, only steps to go up to front desk. It was okay, uber driver helped me with them but def was too much by myself after long international flight.

prices of food are too expensive however there is a supermarket Carrefour one block away with plenty of options. I didn't want to pay $8 reais in a small water so I went to supermarket to buy a bigger one for $2,50.

Great location, easy to access. The room was small but all I needed for a two-night stay as I rested after a 30+ hour travel. There were many options for breakfast - they had amazing pao de queijo, I enjoyed them quite a lot.

The location is excellent. The staff is friendly and provides good assistance.

I found the mattress a little hard. The light of the toilet was oscilating. I loved the shower. Powerful and hot water! Excellent connection to Internet. I was on the 5th floor.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the building. The safety is also good. Breakfast was great, and the staff was super friendly. The software utilized for the check-in is too slow, though.

Check-in takes too much time, and it's because of the system, not the employees.

Conveniently located on "Nove de Julho" Ave. Public transportation right across the street. Delicious breakfast. Perfect for a one-night stay.

No 110-volt outlets, which really got me worried at first because I had to iron some clothes. But then I inquired the front-desk receptionist who told me the hotel had an ironing room with iron, ironing board, and iron steamer on the first floor. No minibar in the room.

Rooms are way too small, the room we got was up to three people but barely fit two. There was no place to place/open the luggage.

Noise from other guests, the acoustic protection of the rooms could be better so that the noise from other people in rooms close to ours and corridor does not bother us so much.

A great option for those willing to sacrifice room size, to pay less, while maintaining a good location and a great breakfast. The room is really small, but it's suits very well if you are alone. There is a restaurant and a bus stop just across the street, and its next to a mall. It is also close to Ibirapuera park and Av. Paulista.

The room is very small. If you are in two, you may fell like you would rather have more space, and I don't recommend it if you are in three. There are no others facilities apart from the breakfast.
