The hotel is right next door to a supermarket so it's easy to get provisions if you wish to self cater. The breakfast was good and the young woman working there was very busy making sure nothing ran out. She was pleasant and hard working. All the staff were kind and helpful. The secure parking is on the ground floor at the back of the hotel so you can walk from the parking area to reception and the lift. It was a nice place to stay with a nice atmosphere.

No air conditioner, but we weren't expecting one. Our room was so large that watching the television was difficult. The set was a long way off if you were sitting on the end of the bed and the chair that was closer wasn't comfortable. It's not often we complain about a room being too large!

The staff were helpful and efficient. They were so kind regarding our dog and presented us with a little doggie bag which was a really lovely touch. The location was excellent being within walking distance of the main sights. The room was functional and suited our needs perfectly, especially as we had kitchen facilities including a fridge. The bed was super comfy and a really good size. We were very impressed by the accommodation so much so that we then stayed in a sister hotel in La Rochelle.

Photos on site match the room and has everything you want for a 3 night stay. Large bathroom with good shower. However, the kitchenette cupboards are far too high and my husband at 5 foot 8 could only reach them on tip toe. This makes the microwave at same height very dangerous. No sink plug for kitchen sink. Bedroom is very small and very hot even in April. Reception staff excellent and let us use parking before arrival time. Would stay here again.

My room was ready at 15h00 and was modern and clean. The new tram system has a stop at the end of the road and is wonderful. We visited the city on all 3 tram lines and were safe returning after dark. The bedding and towels are white and spotlessly clean.

The price of breakfasts is far too expensive, but the room has its own kitchenette, so we brought our own food for breakfast. Outside our window was a huge air-conditioning unit for the supermarket in the centre area and it made an awful whine and high pitched wail. We have stayed here before, but on the 4th floor and the noise wasn't bad. This time we were on the 2nd floor and it was really bad. If booking here aim to stay on floors on or above level 4.

We were able to check in at 15h00. The room was modern, clean and a nice size. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The shower was a good size and the water was hot. It was good to have a fan as the weather was extremely hot. Cheap car parking was available on the street right outside.

We would have liked to have breakfast in the hotel, but at 4x12,50€ for 2 people for the 2 night stay i.e. 50€ on a bill of 133,20 was out of proportion. A plastic matress cover when the temperatures were in upper 30s was awful. The small desk table had no electric socket for phone or ipad recharging.

The appartment hotel is perfectly located near the city center and the University (including University hospital across the river). The room itself is small, but has a large bathroom and a little kitchen area. All very convenient and clean. A supermarket is right next to the hotel.

I stayed alone and it was perfect. With two people it might already be a bit small if you want to stay for a longer period.

The room was amazingly clean. everything was perfect and comfortable. The staff very friendly and willing to help and give excellent advice for parking our car as the parking was over subscribed. Definitely would stay again. Angers was lovely too.

Payment of €250 to cover any damage. Hotel confirmed that the €250 by evening of departure. In fact it taken 4/5 days before the monies are returned to your bank.

Had all the facilities we needed and was clean and comfortable. About 20-25 mins walk to chateau etc. Right next to a super u. We did have to leave €250 deposit on a debit/credit card which I didn’t like, but in fairness, it was credited back to my card next day as promised.

When we arrived that car park was full and we had to pay to park on the road, however we did manage to park in the road next to the hotel.

Had a fabulous room with lots of natural light and opening windows. Comfortable bed, good shower, spacious apartment. We had a fab stay! Good to have a secure place to lock up the touring bicycles
