It was safe — doors always locked, key card required for elevators, etc. Flavored water all day for guests! And vending machines in lobby. Beautiful views on beautiful rooftop lounge. Close to 2 Metro stations! Around corner from Moulin Rouge! Shopping, bars, restaurants on same block. Reasonably attractive room & very clean! All expected amenities! Kettle, tea, cups. Nice kitchenette with fridge, sink, cook top. Tub AND shower — I love having both options!!! Nice staff! Everyone friendly and able to speak English! So helpful!!! They can call a taxi for you to arrive in MINUTES! You can also store luggage there safely before check in time or after check out.

There should be a bin in the toilet room and a sink to wash hands. View from window not great, but that’s ok. Needed to restock bottled water in vending machine.

An excellent location in Montmartre. Easy to walk to lots of lovely bars, restaurants , round the corner from the Moulin Rouge and a short walk to the metro station. We stayed in a compact studio with a little balcony where we could see the top of the Eiffel tower. The studio is a little worn, but it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was no air conditioning, however a fan is provided. The staff were friendly, polite and clean towels etc were provided from the desk when needed.

The room was very basic. The kitchen with was well stocked with necessary items. Missing were paper towels, gave only 1 dish towel, and no dishwashing soap was provided. Got dishwashing soap from front desk. The room had no AC, they provided fans which were helpful, but we couldn't leave the windows open to let in cool air at night, so at night it got pretty hot. I recommended they put screens on their windows so we can keep the windows open at night and keep out the bugs. Otherwise, there is no fresh air coming in at all. Location was wonderful, coffee/tea counter was perfect. Enjoyed getting coffee downstairs, or on-the-go, without having to make it ourselves in our room. A great perk! I would stay again, but perhaps when it's not soo hot. Montmartre area is great for nightlife and dining.

Window had no screens, room got hot at night, no paper towels, no kleenex/tissues. Toilet was unbearable when in there, as they is no fan or window so you're basically sitting in a closet. When it is hot, it becomes an oven. We basically left the door open when we used the bathroom in order to breath when in there. Again importance of being able to leave the window open 24/7 to allow air to flow, thus screens are needed to avoid bugs coming into the room.

Good sized room. Well equipped kitchenette. Lovely sun terrace upstairs. Great location, close to the Metro and walking distance to Sacre Coeur. Very helpful reception staff. Every morning we asked for directions to different attractions and they printed out step by step instructions showing where to get the Metro and which stops to change, etc. Extremely helpful.

There was no air conditioning in the room, just a fan, and the weather was very hot when we were there, so the room did get quite hot in the evening. Other than that, everything was fine.

We loved how much space we had in the room - considering it's Paris. Even though it's in a bit of a tourist trap area, it's on a quiet side street and extremely quiet at night. The kitchenette was fabulous and we would make our own breakfast everyday. The rooftop patio was incredible and everytime I went up no one was there (October). We found the laundry facilities really useful. The toilet was seperate from the washroom which I think is great if you're travelling with another person. it gives more illusion of privacy.

Only thing is our room was never cleaned during the entire week. A woman knocked on our door once to clean it on a Friday and we weren't expecting that, and I told her we just needed some more time to leave the room. She said in french she'd come back tomorrow and never came back.

The location is great, close to all restaurants, bars , bakeries but in the same time at the quit street, far from the noise. The staff was welcoming, smiled and helpful. The roof top terrace is amazing for relaxing. The little backyard to the room is a perfect outdoor space.

The bedroom was so tiny, there is no space where to open the suitcases :). We were in a Studio with enough space, but just not arranged functionally -large bathroom, large hallway, small bedroom, but it’s not a problem of course, our stay there was perfect.

I recommend Citadines Montmatre for fantastic service, very kind caring and professional staff. Great aparthotel in a great location accessable to all shops, metro, eateries and entertainment. The studio apartment was super with everything we needed. Little kitchen stocked well for self catering...cozy bedroom and fab washroom and toilet. Absolutely brilliant for the cost. Paris was amazing because our accommodation was in a great location for Montmatre and connecting arrondissements with the metro and bus. The french system is superb. The French people are exceptional..vive la France

The location is a perfect one. Everything is nearby: bars, tons of Boulangerie and Pattiseries, one of the most beautiful street in Paris(Rue L'Epic). Metros nearby. The apartment is big enough for 4 people, and it was super clean and quite. We could leave our luggage at the property.

The view from the rooftop was extraordinary. Elegant yet simple this is my new home in Paris.

The location is great! The Hotel is located on a dead end street, giving it a cozy and peaceful vibe. At the same time is super close to the metro station, shops, main attractions, bars etc. The staff was so polite and nice and took our luggage in storage without hesitation. Considering prices in Paris, this hotel was perfect for our needs. Clean, spacious and well-equipped. I would stay again here.

I didn't notice anything out of place, honestly. I had a short stay, I didn't try the breakfast, I didn't come with a car, so I didn't get to try all the facilities.
