The location was the best. It's situated right inside the Niigata Station, and you can reach every single location from the ease of your hotel. All good malls and eateriare are also available at walking distance. Furthermore, basic facilities were available in the room with an excellent view of the city. They also provide you steam iron, extra pillows, and a small revolving fan for comfort. The staff was extremely friendly and cooperative, and they took their services very seriously. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet during my stay, which came with a good variety of Japanese and European breakfast options.

I believe they should install an air-conditioning thermostat in every room because every guest would like their own setting for the room temperature. For me, the room temperature was not cold enough.

This hotel was great. Family Mart right next door. Room was clean, small as most rooms are in Japan. Amenities were downstairs in the registration area. It was right at the train station and the bus area was also right there. Very convenient. If you go out toward the Family Mart there are really no restaurants, more residential. But if you go the other way there are restaurants, a Starbucks, shopping. Just need to go in the right direction.

For some reason there is a constant bell going off every minute or 2, coming from the train station. Not super loud but you can hear it.

Good location close to station on the same level when you get off the train station there is a connection which leads you to the lift of hotel, take the lift to reach level four for check in! Get off gate following gate east, continue you will see gate south, following along the shops, almost to the end and go down some steps down paying attention to the left side and you will see the hotel sign, so you don’t need to go out side to reach hotel

Short walk from Niigata Station, all inside through the station's shopping mall. The food was very delicious, traditional Japanese style focusing on regional specialties. It seemed that local people were eating here.

It is a relatively large business hotel, so the rooms were not large, but but they were very nice and clean. The bathroom seemed new.

Once we learned how to get around the property it was very convenient. Didn’t know the hotel was starting on the 4 th floor of the building. It was possible to get to the hotel without ever going outside. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor exit and go to the hotel elevator and up to the 4th floor hotel desk.

Great hotel very near the station. Incredible value at 60 dollars for a room for two adults and one four year old for one night. Facility was spotless and not sure if we were upgraded or lucky but room much bigger than I expected.

Staff seemed a little hesitant to engage with foreigners but were friendly and professional, especially once communication in Japanese was established.

I loved everything about this hotel. It has almost all facilities that you would like for a family stay. Plus, the location is the best in Niigata City. You stay above the Niigata Station, and you can move around the whole city and explore tourist attractions using the large bus network that operates at the hotel's location.

Good clean room and decent view. Cleaning staff did a good job and friendly. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Nice food with good variety. Helpful front desk and staff. Easy access. I would happily return.

We found it a bit hard to locate. It’s on the fourth floor of the Plaka 1 building adjacent to the station, and signage could have been better.

Everything was good. I enjoyed my stay here. I would happily come back again if I were to visit Niigata in the future.

The room was too warm for me and I couldn't find a way to change the temperature of the room. Heater too high.
