Excellent location, nice room, helpful stuff ( with poor English but no worst than everywhere in japan) including recommendations and reservations of restaurants.

Breakfast 😱 My fault, i never learn. My wife is always right,It's better to have breakfast elsewhere Anyway,obviously, I didn't travel to japan for the breakfast 😜

The best thing about this hotel is its location—right in the heart of Ginza. Breakfast was good, and like most Japanese hotels, the staff were efficient and attentive. Beyond that, it’s a typical four-star hotel for a high-end area. The restaurant, while functional, doesn’t stand out much in terms of layout or atmosphere.

Everything was spectacular especially the vibe of the hotel.

Location was perfect (right next to several subway stations/lines), and close to everything like stores, cafés, restaurants, upscale or local. Room was very comfy, everything worked to perfection (esp the toilet wc :)) and had everything we needed. Taxi stand is right outside at the entrance.

The hairdryer lacks a narrow styling nozzle, but it isn’t a big issue.

I loved every minute of my stay here! Just a perfect retreat for my solo trip! Great staff, lovely brightly-lit rooms, excellent location, I couldn’t ask for more.
