We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tokyo. The room was modern, very clean, and packed with thoughtful amenities—even hair tools like a curling iron! Daily room cleaning was provided. One thing that stood out was the English-speaking staff, which made communication so much smoother compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. But the best thing is the location. Ginza is an incredible area with so many great restaurants, shops, and super convenient access to public transportation, including the airport bus. I’d absolutely stay here again! The room was on the smaller side, which is typical for Japan, but we were still able to open our large suitcase and hand luggage—though it was a bit tight.

The location is excellent, near the principal Ginza's stores and shoppings, many options of restaurants, coffee shops and other facilities. Kabuki theater is very close. Next subway stations, including Tokyo station, wich can be reached with a fifteen minutes walking. We arrived by train and went on foot to the hotel. Also the bus station to Narita airport is in front of Tokyo station and we went on foot with the luggages. About the room size, it's small as in all hotels of the region, but there is everything enough to stay, good bed and bathroom. We recomended!

The lobby had a great selection of free products and samples, and the laundry facilities were much nicer than those at our previous hotel. The room and bathroom were both a decent size, and the bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Ginza Station, and there’s an excellent ramen shop right next door.

There are two hotels with the same name in different locations, so make sure you're heading to the correct one. Just be cautious—there’s a big step leading to the bathroom that’s easy to miss and could cause you to trip.

I liked the location of the hotel. On the same block, there's a really delicious ramen place. Many station entrances were also very close by.

I didn't like the size of the room, but I think that it's typical for the location of the hotel in Ginza. Around 100 square feet, it was hard to open our luggage. This was alright, though, because we tried to spend most of our time outside. I also didn't like that the washing machine was small, and after using it, I think the machine had discolored some of our shirts.

Very conveniently located to enjoy walking around Ginza. The street is quiet and there is a convenience store very close by. The staff were friendly and helpful and the although the room was very compact, it had everything we needed. Unless you are a solo traveller, this is not the kind of hotel room which you would spend time 'hanging out' in. It's simply a clean, comfortable place to sleep and shower and catch a moment in between exploring Tokyo. The hotel provides pyjamas on each floor and there are washing machines and vending machines on the reception floor. There is limited floor space to open out a suitcase which is why I think it would be better suited to a solo traveller or, for a couple, a short stay of 1 or 2 nights.

We loved everything! Keep in mind that the location is excellent and the price is extremely affordable. Yes, the room is incredibly compact so you have to be very organised and neat in such a small space. A previous review mentioned a pillow seemed to be filled with cut-up straws and we did find 1 or 2 pillows like this. That being said, the other pillows were 'normal'/fluffy so we just didn't sleep on the straw-like pillows. I'm sure the staff could change them if you requested.

Great location! The hotel was a few blocks away from Higashi-Ginza Station - give or take 5-min walk. So the other tourist spots around Tokyo were very accessible (Akihabara, Sensoji Temple, Ueno Park, Shibuya, Tsukiji), including Haneda Airport. The hotel was also close to Tsujita Ginza (good place to get Tsukemen), Family Mart, Mcdonald's, etc. The neighborhood was really very quiet. I must also highlight the breakfast meals included in our booking. The options were all amazing! The meat included in the shabu-shabu option was really high quality. We were always very full after having breakfast.

None. Just like any other hotels in Japan, the size of the room was small. Although the size of the bathroom was relatively larger than the other hotel rooms I've been to in Japan.

The location is excellent! Close to many train stations, easy to go to HND Airport also. Close to great shopping malls including Ginza Loft!, 3 Starbucks around the area including one with nice view. There is similar hotel name that just different in the ending, hotel should raise this point!

Staffs are very friendly, I am Thai girl travelling alone and most of the time hotel staffs judging me and disrespect just because i am Thai. :( I cannot choose where i born and what other people in my country does but the staffs of this hotel great me nicely and i fell very welcoming.
