Our stay at Apartment Lang Ginza was truly one of the highlights of our visit to Tokyo. From the moment we checked in, we were struck by the exceptional level of customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and supported throughout our stay — warm, attentive, and always ready with helpful suggestions or assistance. Their professionalism was matched only by their kindness. The apartment itself was immaculate — modern, spacious, and beautifully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable, extended stay. The little touches — from high-quality bedding to a well-equipped kitchenette — made it feel like a home away from home. It’s the perfect blend of hotel luxury and apartment convenience. And the location couldn’t be better. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Ginza, you’re just a short walk from top-tier shopping, incredible dining options, and excellent transport links, including multiple subway lines. It’s a peaceful spot right in the heart of Tokyo’s most vibrant district. We’ve stayed in many places across Japan, but Apartment Lang Ginza stands out for its thoughtful hospitality, its serene and stylish atmosphere, and its prime location. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service in Tokyo.

Faultless

Great location. Short walking distance to many popular restaurant and shopping areas and located near Metro stations.

Overall floor layout was spacious for Tokyo standards but I'd prefer they have less furniture to make the living experience feel more spacious. The balcony area wasn't as nice as I had imagined. High ceiling in the kitchen/lounge area made the apartment feel more spacious but might have made the air conditioning less effective as the cold air couldn't be contained in a small area that you normally expect in a hotel room.

Excellent place to stay if you want to be in a walking distance from the main subway & train stations. Clean and very specious one bedroom fully loaded clean apartment with two very comfortable rooms. Big kitchen either separate dining space. Good size bathroom. Very big size place especially for Tokyo. On Highly recommended it.

On a quiet street in a walking distance from the main shopping Ginza district

Spacious space with kitchen Large shower/bath area with heat (perfect for drying clothes) Lots of windows Excellent Location. Prime and convenient. 5 min walk to Ginza shopping areas/department stores.

Furniture was a bit dated and worn out with wobbly chairs (the dining table) Lack of rubbish bin around the house (i.e. bathroom) Humidifier would have been great Front desks/staff are not always available (we checked in at 12:30 am and the check in instructions did not work)

Great location. Spacious room. All the basic amenities so we can relax when jet lagged.

We had 2 rooms. Room 801 had a smell when we arrived. However, we messaged the manager through Booking and they did something about it very quickly when I told him which helped. Room 901 the bed was less comfortable, maybe the mattress needs replacing.

The property was spacious and extremely well appointed. It has all we needed to make the trip comfortable including a washing machine, lots of storage space. Separate toilet to bathroom and separate shower room so getting ready was easy. It was extremely clean.

Reception services are limited so we couldn’t forward bags on the luggage services, but that wasn’t a big deal

Excellent location, flat had all we needed, very convenient.

It was a pity that we were charged for late check out even though there was no obvious need to leave by 10am.

Location and size.

The property is pleasant but all the furnishings now are dating and need to be replaced to maintain a higher standard. But otherwise okay. No wine glasses and very few utensils.

It is in a good location to explore Tokyo. With the most amazing fruit shop a short walk away. It was perfect for a family.

Check-in at 4 is a bit late especially after arriving overnight from Europe. Would have been nicer to get access earlier.
