The hotel was so comfortable and clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was no issue with me leaving my luggage at the hotel for the day after check out which was so convenient. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the main shops in Ginza and it was so close to metro stations. I was able to get a direct train to Haneda Airport from the nearest station to the hotel which was ideal!

The breakfast options were a little too savoury for me first thing in the morning as it had curry and rice options. The bread, fruit, yogurt and coffee was what I stuck to which was ideal for a simple breakfast included in the stay.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Very informative with clients in providing information and recommendations. 5 gold stars for them!

The room was very small for two people. I personally found not needed the daily restock of towels and pyjamas. I would lime to have more choice in duty free drinks and water refill and laundry service at the reception intead of the restaurant for the breakfast. In this structure as in all APA I have been, I did not like that there was only one lift and going up and down in the rush hours was something complicated.

Quick and easy check-in and check-out service, despite my limited Japanese. The hotel even held our bags for us while we explored the city, both before check-in and after check-out. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Location worked out well, close enough proximity to Tokyo station for me and my trip itinerary. Overall it felt like a great value for my money!

There very little that I disliked about this hotel. I guess the only downside is the small size of the room but I knew that going in, so it wasn't a surprise. Also, I think a small room is an appropriate trade-off for the lower cost. No complaints really.

Anything I need available in this hotel, Near takaracho station which can take you straight to both narita and haneda airports and some major cities like Yokohama, convenience stores are near the hotel, the breakfast was delicious

The lobby is too small which makes it difficult to find a place to wait to check in, there's only one lift in the hotel, there is a lack of space in the room to keep your luggage, The hotel feels old when compared to the newer apa hotels

I liked how we were in a nice area of the city. We were in the middle of it all but it was so quiet. Even though it's right next to a fire station, we weren't disrupted by any loud sounds. The room was quiet but it felt cozy because everything is right there at your fingertips! Beds were comfortable and the amenities were on point. I liked the cafe in the lobby, too.

For some reason, I thought the breakfast buffet was included in the hotel rate. It was just a minor disappointment that was probably just an oversight on my end. It was very affordable and decent.

The hotel is in a great location, next to a few different train stops. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We reached out to the hotel asking about a shower and 2 beds in each room. They weren't able to provide, which we understood. Yet, they basically encouraged us to find a different hotel. We stayed there anyway and all worked out. Would advise the staff to be a bit more welcoming when answering questions.

The room is very clean, the location is excellent, walking distance to main attractions in Ginza, super close to two metro stations, Takaracho and Shinbashi stations. Cleaning staff and front desk clerks are very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very cramped. We later stayed at APA Nagoya and I noticed the beddings (firmer mattress, better pillows, and more storage space under the bed). Not sure why it is not consistently applied in their Ginza-Takaracho branch.

About 15 mins walk from Tokyo train station. Also a metro station even closer by. Unfortunately the rooms only fit 1x double bed so as a family of 4 we had to book 2 rooms. But great value for 1 bedroom. Rooms are small, but it is Tokyo central. Staff were great, each day we got new towels and accessories delivered to our door. Aircon was amazing and a must in high summer. Loved that we could leave our bags before check in and after checkout, this gave us the ability to explore the city more on foot.

Very convenient and close by to many areas. Walkable to Tokyo station, Ginza, and the fish market. Situated very close to the train station if you come from Haneda Airport. It’s like 1 min walk (but you need to look for the correct exit). Room is exceptionally clean, beds are very comfortable.

Rooms are tight. If you have more than 1 large suitcase, you will have an issue opening. Also, during mid season where it’s neither hot nor cold, you won’t have an option to select heat or cool. To change modes, you will need to ask the receptionist to do it for you.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with basic provisions supported by some high quality Japanese options. Hotel’s location worked quite well for a central Tokyo experience.

We purposely wanted a Japanese-style hotel to enhance the visit. While the room was fully functional, it was the smallest room in my life’s experience, to the point that it was a challenge fitting our luggage in the room.
