Initially thought the room was larger, then I realised the first thing I saw on opening the door was a mirror. Couldn't walk beside the bed with my bag there, and really nowhere else to put it. But it is Tokyo, and you aren't there to be in a room. Free booze and ramen each evening, although I only saw it happen once. Perhaps if I'd asked it could have been each day. Breakfast each day though did work. Often only 1 staff member on, and English coverage varied from non-existant to fluent. But even the non-existent english staff member communicated through a phone translator, so all good.

Initial booking was for 3 nights. At the end of that I requested at the counter another night a week later. That booking, paid in advance, cost me more than 50% of the inital three nights through booking.com. But the problem went away, so all good.

Good location and very friendly staff, they booked us in the same room for one extra day when we realised we arrive a day earlier! The room was clean and the hotel offers free drinks and udon for dinner, and I think they also organize special events every now and then. The traditional breakfast was also really good. They allowed us to transfer our luggage from our previous destination and stored it for a few hours after we checked out, as we wanted to explore the city a bit more before heading to the airport.

The room was pretty small and the window was above the bed, so we were waking up pretty early despite of the thick curtains.

Loved the small lounge area downstairs to enjoy food and drinks. The staff were also attentive and helpful. And the location was near a station that made it super easy to get around without having to walk far. It is a tight space for taller travelers or those with a lot of luggage. You can’t spread out and the bathroom is tiny. I’m short and I smacked my face on the door by accident at one point when it was closed as I was changing, haha. But it’s a great place to stay if you’re out and about for most of the day. Only issue was the shower curtain could be changed out. The bottom was severely discolored and sticking together when we first used it, but that was the only issue.

Staff were SUPER nice here. The two ladies we had at reception were so lovely to us and one spoke really great English which was helpful :) The hotel is in a great location in Ginza, plenty of options for restaurants and close to multiple metro lines for easy transportation. It was just a 12 minute walk to Tokyo Station too! The hotel itself is clean and it provided us with free toiletries that were free to take and stock up on throughout our stay. The hotel even offered free udon noodles with soup every evening, which were delicious!! We really loved our stay and the staff made it even more amazing - thank you SO MUCH!

Nothing, all was perfect.

Friendly staff, great little dining area with free shaved ice, happy hour , free udon noodles at night!! Located very close to a couple of different metro stations and a bit of walk (pleasant and flat) from main Tokyo station. Rooms are typical Japanese size and had a relatively big shower and toilet area by their standards. Comfy bed. Clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again Thanks!

My friend tried to check in early and despite offering extra payment they couldn’t accomodate this. She was very jet lagged and that would have been nice.

A pleasant surprise to be sure especially as I initially intended for it to be an overnight stay before boarding the Shinkansen. My single room was a typical compact room common in Tokyo. My minor complaints are that the pillow felt similar to a bean bag and the remote could use a good dusting but other than that the room was very well put together. The staff were excellent and helpful even for someone such as myself who is still grasping at basics in the Japanese language and relatively new at traveling internationally. The staff I’ve spoken to are well-versed in English. The biggest surprise was the additional facilities found in the lobby and cafe area which provided a great place for me to meet my fellow travelers with access to complimentary drinks and even free udon at 8pm. Overall there is a lot of value to be had at this hotel that goes beyond being in a place that is situated in Ginza and close by Tokyo Station that gets my recommendation for anyone traveling to Tokyo.

The staff were Amazing, thank you Yukeand Hide especially for the way you went out of your way to help. They have a great free drink in their rest area every night w many choices, plus noodles.. if you are still.hungry. nothing was a worry, and their welcome.and goid bye were special and the best of our 2 week stay. Great location to Tokyo and other stations and Ginza shopping. Would totally recommend!!! Ask them to fix up your air con to your liking when you first arrive.. otherwise youll freeze.

Air con needs a bit of guidance

The whole stay was perfect, the facilities are great, and staffs are very friendly. They provide delicious breakfast, free coffee and alcohol and soba noodles. The location is also very convenient. It is within walking distance of Tokyo Station, Ginza and Hibiya. The nearest station only takes a few minutes.

The room could be a little more cleaned. I have nose allergies, so my sneeze couldn’t stop when there is too much dust. For all it was a great experience. Bathroom very cleaned, they also provide sheets and towels and free amenities everyday.

This place is in a great location, you can easily access Tokyo station but it is closest to the Kyobashi Line which will take you to majority of the places you would like to go. Tokyo station is great when catching Shinkansen elsewhere in Japan - however very busy, allow yourself time to find your way around. The accommodation was small but quaint, the free drinks and udon was great after a long day and the coffee was yummy. Staff were lovely and allowed me to send a few packages from Amazon to the hotel for my arrival.

Great location. Near Tokyo Station, restaurants, shopping.easy to get to subway trains. The staff was wonderful, friendly and so accommodating. They have a good common area to sit and have tea, coffee and happy hour in the evenings with wine . And a little later free udon noodles.

Nothing really, Japanese Hotel rooms are small. There was no real natural light which as hard (yes, there was a window)but we had our luggage stored there) hard to get to.
