The location was excellent. The hotel is located right next to two subway lines (Ginza and Asakusa) making it very easy to navigate Tokyo. Staff was very welcoming and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. If flying into HND simply take the direct train from the airport to Tacharacho station and the hotel is about 50 steps away. There is a tourist desk located at the entrance to the subway line at HND and they will be very helpful with this ticket or any other questions you might have. In addition to the above we also purchased a 72 hour metro pass which we used to get around everyday. Well worth it!

Loved the buffet breakfast

The tv was essentially useless unless you knew Japanese and watched normal tv. Seems so strange to have such an outdated tv in a nicer hotel. When checking in they attempted to overcharge us by around 100 000 yen, when asking why it was so much more they attempted to argue it was a “sales tax” or some other taxes. Even when being shown the booking.com booking confirmation, still attempted to argue. It wasn’t until one of the staff realised they calculated it wrong did they agree they were overcharging us.

VERY clean hotel. Staff are lovely. There was an earthquake during my stay and did not want to take the elevator anymore. There are no interior stairs so the staff offered to walk me up and down the 15 flights of outdoor stairs. Alternatively, they ended up switching my room to 3rd floor.

My first room was WAY to small. Japan rooms are small but I couldnt even open my luggage it was so small. I was then moved into a new room and it was a bit more manageable. Although the hotel in close to all Ginza lines. Ginza area in general is not the best centrally located area. Not a knock on the hotel, more so just the area.

Nice clean hotel, not overpriced, in the great location with easy access to the Haneda airport by metro and in a walking distance to train station, shopping area and Imperial Palace. Not included into hotel description but potentially valuable: as soon as breakfast is over, complimentary tea with snacks is served in the restaurant with following happy hours with complimentary cocktails between 5 and 8 pm. 8 to 10 pm complimentary evening soup with rice is served in the restaurant - all on the 2nd floor. Huge choice of hygiene supplies is available opposite to reception - just pick what’s needed. 7-Eleven shop is 30 meters from the hotel entrance and one more shop is just at the same entrance with the hotel - you can get snacks, soft drinks or even some hot food there for lunch or dinner. Nice food market at the train station -1 floor.

I arrived late in the evening very tired and hungry. After I checked in a staff member mentioned there were snacks I might like to have. Oh my goodness, I so appreciated the lovely offering of light foods such as crackers, cheese, fruit salad, juice, etc. This was a welcome treat!

It would be nice if the hotel provided a selection of tour options from various hotels and tour groups.

It’s situated very close to the Tokyo station (however, you had to walk about 8 minutes). Kyobashi metro station entrance is very close to the hotel entrance, and it conveniently connects you via Ginza line with important touristic places (Ginza, Shibuya, Ueno, Asakusa). FamilyMart is located at the 1st (ground) floor, a few steps away there’s 7-11 as well. The room is great, spacious (for Tokyo hotel’s standard), clean and comfortable.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent — situated right next to Kyobashi Metro Station and just a 10-minute walk from Tokyo Station. The rooms were very quiet; we did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms, which made for a comfortable and restful stay.

The room felt quite hot and lacked proper ventilation. Unfortunately, the windows could not be opened, which made it difficult to get fresh air. The bathroom was also particularly stuffy. Although the ventilation system was running continuously, it did not seem effective. Additionally, both the ventilation and the air conditioning were quite noisy. Since the air conditioning unit was located directly above the bed, the corridor areas of the room remained uncomfortably warm.

Lovely hotel! Very close to the main Tokyo train station and metro lines for getting around Tokyo. The room was quite spacious by Japanese standards. The breakfast was amazing! They even have a happy hour during the evenings. Would stay again.

Great location and food, outstanding staff members

Some rooms are really tight, but it’s normal in Japan

Location - the hotel was walking distance from Tokyo Station, and also close to other train stations. There is also a Family Mart right below the hotel. Room - the room was a decent size. There were fresh towels provided every day. When we went during the summer, they also gave us complimentary bottles of water every day. Staff - the staff were super helpful and were able to communicate in English. They also provided luggage-forwarding services for a fee (through Yamato Transport) which was super helpful for us who had too much luggage. They helped fill out the form for us and we were able to see our luggage at our next hotel. Breakfast - On our second stay, we had breakfast which was super good. It had a wide selection of Asian and Western cuisine.

The only thing we did not like was the air conditioner that needed cleaning. Other than that, everything else was clean.
