The hotel is large, and extremely elegant. However, the best part is its staff, both at the door, in reception and in the restaurant, and spa. They were super nice, you felt welcome, and they did their level best for you to feel at home. They remembered my name also. The first day I got a voucher for 500 INR of the Spa manager, and I had an excellent massage by him later in the afternoon, and the next day, one of the best pedicures I have ever experienced. I also got a very positive surprise during the dinner in the evening, in the note’s dining room. The lady serving me told me that the hotel would pay for my dinner. I say something was wrong, but when she checked, she came back and told me, the hotel will provide your dinner. First time in my long life I have experienced that. The spa was elegant, as expected, and the pool very nice and refreshing. Due to the heat and sun, I used it in the late afternoon, and wisely, the pool was open to 10 pm.

It was nothing I did not like.

The thing I enjoyed the most was the live classical music with sitar in the restaurant over dinner. What an incredible idea. The sitarist and the tabla player were both very good and this was a unique and amazing experience for us. Food was absolutely delicious and the chef took care of my special requirements. The staff in the hotel is extremely polite and anticipated our needs despite us not saying anything first. Beautiful pool area. Nice lobby and seating. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Top location close to Taj Mahal and Agra fort.

We had small internal issues within the room but the staff took extremely good care of us when we pointed it out. We had only positive experiences in this hotel.

The hospitality was excellent, staff were very friendly, the restaurant is fantastic. We have a great oppurtunity to have food prepared by great chef Prem Thagunna who made special food for us. We had a chance to take a photograph with him as well. My father is vegeterian and Prem prepared a special veg meal for my father and it was really excellent quality. Thank you chef Prem Thagunna. Breakfast in the morning was really good. lots of choices. Rooms was very clean.

We were three and while booking we have clrealy mentioned 3 adult but there were two beds only in the room and they did not suggest us for another room.

The location is good in order to achieve the Agra usual monument visit. The breakfast had lots of choices from Indian breakfast to European bakeries, with the usual drinks. The staff are very polite, professional and responsive. The room is spacious, have all the amenities necessary and clean. The swimming pool is a plus, but not money sunlounger available.

Construction noise (drilling work) until 10~11pm. We had to call reception to ask them to stop, which they promptly did. Few glass bottled water in our room couldn’t be opened as cap is broken, so had to call for new ones.

Great staff, very friendly and professional. Very good breakfast. Spacious room. Super clean. Common spaces beautiful. I would stay again.

Evening buffet is not 5 star ⭐, it seriously lacks imagination and creativity, if it's not a repeat it's a rehash of the same things every night. I upgraded to a room that faces the courtyard and pool , for the sake of silence. My last evening I could not rest in my room or get to sleep because of a very loud live band in the courtyard entertaining a very small number of people. I did not appreciate being fobbed off when calling reception about it.

From the moment We entered to the hotel staff were very nice! Because the uber driver who took us from Delhi to Agra was trying to scam us.. He asked 7500 INR instead of 4500INR .. Then we asked from the reception of this Lovely hotel regarding this ! Then front desk Excecutives Mr.Samrat and Ms.Shilpa came and protected us that scammer! Especially Ms.Shilpa bravely confronted with that bad guy. After that we got rid of that hassel and checked-in with lovely DTbyHilton walnut cookies (im always love to taste that as it has same taste and feeling anywhere in the world) Then Ms.Shilpa and Mr.Samrat helped us to arrange Tajmahal Tour with a Guide which was fantastic ! After that following daY morning we had our Breakfast ..we are not vegitarians and not the fans of indian food either. But unfortunately it was a buffet with 99% indian veg food 🥲 when we were struggling to satisfy with that buffet another nice F&B girl name Ms. Mona Lisa came to us and ask about that. Once we told our concerns Ms. Mona Lisa went to the kitchen and informed that to a chef Mr. Harikesh ! Then chef Harikesh made us a nice North Indian Chicken Curry with White steamed rice !! Wow .. Mona Lisa and Harikesh saved our day ! And with that there was an another nice F&B guy named Mr.Amaresh ! Who always came to us and asked for any concerns!! We observed he is very active in F&B thing ! That is one of the best stay we had in a Hilton Chain !! Bravo guys! I heard that is the 10th anniversary of DTby Hilton , Agra and still it stands with a great inspiration same and Taj Mahal !! We believe that is always because of the team work of you guys ! Before going there We thought of staying one day in Hilton, Agra but after experiencing the immense hospitality of these guys we stayed one extra day there and enjoyed ! The hotel is very nice, clean and modern, with an Indian touch here and there. They give complementary water. The breakfast included was quite good. The restaurant has a dinner buffet option which is great and reasonably priced. A la carte options of the restaurant are also very good. The hotel is not located in the heart of Agra, or close to all attractions, but it is peace and quite, which is nice in India.

Some details in the room need some care. The pillows were a bit soft for our taste. Some staff struggled with English. We had to ask two days for hand towels, which for some reason were not replaced.

This place is salvation. Do not stay in local hotels!!! They look ok on photo, but don’t believe — it’s a fraud. We were "lucky" to spend three hours in one of these after watching several similar ones. Local hotels are not cleaned at all, bedclothes are stained, the walls and windows are dirty, the toilets are a separate quiet horror. There is no paper in them, everything is rusty, dirty, and the towels are so dusty that you immediately sneeze. Everything at Double Tree was at the highest level: cleanliness, beauty, delicious local cuisine at all meals, an excellent swimming pool, gym and, of course, responsive and considerate staff. Do not spare any money to stay here, otherwise you will simply spoil your impression of Taj Mahal cause you’ll be tired and upset before visiting this magnificent pearl of Indian culture.

I stayed at the Hilton for 2 nights on a solo trip to Agra. Couple of things that stood out for me: * Staff are very well trained, they made sure all guests were given individual attention and care even though they were running on full capacity * I didn't expect this but I really enjoyed the food, shout out to their chef * Rooms were comfortable, well maintained and super clean. They're also located close to the Taj which was an added perk Special mention to Azam, Pritam and the other staff I interacted with during my stay. They went out of their way to make everything seamless

This has nothing to do with the hotel but the city was very overwhelming, lots of tourist traps and people bombarding you to buy and do things so they can make a commission. I didn't know or expect this before going so I'd keep an eye out
