Free ShuttleBus Not Clear when to arrive IF you are in Airport. Instructions in Leaflet is not clear.

Close to the airport, and it took not until 30 minutes to arrive at the hotel and less than 10 minutes from the hotel to the airport. The room was okay-ish. I have no complaints as we just stayed one night there. The breakfast banquet was good. They provided two coffee machines for the guests, but it just provided black coffee The quick service when they found out we were late for our flight was amazing. They also provide airport shuttle, just tell them when you check-in.

We still didn't get the water dispenser on every floor. As someone who has been sick because of the water in Indonesia, my husband was so very careful with what goes into his body, shared and refilled water was a little daunting for us. An all-in-one soap and shampoo is just not right for me.

I struggled to find the airport shuttle pickup location at the Jakarta airport and I could not get a hold of staff through their WhatsApp contact number to help me out. There was no answer to my calls. I spent approximately 2.5 hours wandering around the airport and waiting at incorrect pickup locations. I'm certain my difficulty had a lot to do with my jet lag, exhaustion, and intolerance to the heat but ultimately I was very frustrated and it took an airport security staff person calling around to the hotel to send a shuttle. In retrospect I should have jumped in a cab much earlier and saved myself some grief.

We stayed here for a night before an early morning flight out. The hotel is very close to the airport and has airport shuttles. However we couldn’t for the love of God figure out how to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel despite chatting with the front desk multiple times - the instructions are very hazy for a 1st time visitor. The hotel staff are otherwise very friendly and the breakfast spread is one of the best I’ve seen in Indonesia.

Do not take the smoking rooms. They stink of stale smoke. It’s better to step out to smoke instead. Also the sinks are a little discoloured in most rooms.

Close to airport. Convenient free airport shuttle. Good communication. The shuttle driver texted me upon landing :) Very friendly staff. Spacious hotel, nice room, very nice bed. I missed a mini bar in the room, to chill some things I carried with me but at the reception it was no problem to keep my things in a fridge. Check out conveniently at noon and after the poolside area was still accessible and I enjoyed a massage before I used the free airport shuttle again to go to the airport at 4 pm. One thing was a pity. The 90’ massage although comparatively expensive for the neighborhood (mind you 310k rupiah is still only €17.50) was pretty bad. The therapist didn’t understand my request for little oil, stroke my left leg in a monotonous movement in what seemed to be forever. She handled her cell phone and me at the same time and made a call during the massage. But even this experience cannot downplay the very enjoyable and relaxed stay at Ibis Style Jakarta airport. An interesting detail is that the shuttle takes 35 min from the airport to the hotel and the same shuttle takes less than 6 minutes from the hotel to the airport. Terima kassi!

The massage

While the room was small, it was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very conveniently located near Soekarno-Hatta airport. The breakfast was quite good with a large variety of Indonesian and international choices.

Information about the free shuttle service was not provided clearly and I ended up taking a taxi as it seemed easier.

Very friendly staff, closeness to the airport, great breakfast buffet that started at 3am.

There were mosquitos in my room and my legs got bitten badly. However, no pets were allowed in the hotel, which made us find a more suitable accommodation for our extended stay in Jakarta.

Handy for the airport, clean modern facilities and a great breakfast spread. Will stay again.

Only slight downside was the hard mattress, which was more or less just a mattress topper on a frame. Still reasonably comfortable for one night for one person.

Close to the airport. Drop off to the airport was easy and quick.

Pick up service from airport to the hotel was impossible. Signs are not clear around the airport and staff was not responsive about the inconvenience.

Fantastic hotel great staff helped me rebook our same room for another night due to missing our flight and trying to get insurance on the phone to sort out flights home. Nothing was a bother receptionist even printed of our flight booking to save us time at airport Highly recommended!

More coffee, tea, sugar and creamer in rooms
