We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The covered parking was a big plus and made things very convenient, especially with luggage. We really enjoyed the breakfast—it was very good, with a nice variety to choose from. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. One of the highlights for us was that the hotel accepts dogs, which made traveling with our pet so much easier and more enjoyable.

While we enjoyed our stay, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The hotel base feels a bit dated, and some of the common areas could benefit from a refresh—particularly the bar area, which looks a little worn and could be made more inviting.

we had a wonderful short stay! the room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. the bathroom was impressively large, including a generously sized shower and an abundance of fresh towels. one of the highlights for me was the hotel’s commitment to sustainability: everything in the room was made from paper-based materials, making it entirely plastic-free. that level of environmental consciousness is rare and truly commendable. overall, we were very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. great job to the team!

Wonderful Hotel! Room was extremely clean, well equipped with a great hairdryer, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The bed was comfortable, the room was cozy and big. Also, the breakfast was amazing. Many options of fruits, homemade bread, eggs, ham and cheese, crostata, coffee, amazing juices and, for me, the best thing was the cornetto, which was different from every other hotel i’ve been to in Italy, extremely delicious and seemed to have been baked that day. Would 100% recommend.

The hotel is excellent for business trips. The rooms are spacious with everything you need. The breakfast is very rich and the coffee is perfect! The public transport stop to the city center is in front of the hotel. Nearby there are pizzerias and restaurants, as well as grocery stores. Very friendly staff! We would stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!!

The air conditioner is difficult to adjust and makes a monotonous noise. The hot water tap in the bathroom was adjusted with effort. There were stains on the carpet in the common areas. There was no iron in the room.

It was a bit more difficult to find a parking space at the accommodation, but we managed to do it in the end. The receptionist was nice, the room was cozy, clean and pleasant. There was a bus stop by the hotel, we got to the center by bus 14B or 14C in about 25 minutes. The breakfast was amazing, it would satisfy everyone. There was a really wide selection and delicious pastries. We really liked it there and would definitely come back.

The sink in the bathroom doesn't drain.

extremely spacious and comfortable rooms. Large bathroom and well equipped. Good TV channel selection. Breakfast was plentiful and had everything that I required with good selection of hot and cold foods, fruit, pastries etc The No.14 bus stop immediately outside the hotel which allowed me to park for free outside the hotel and take the bus in to the centre of Bologna at 1.70 euro each way, 20 mins by bus. Opposite hotel Aldi, McDonalds and othe retailers. Designer factory outlet 20 mins drive from hotel, very easy.

The staff was super nice - they explained how everything works, how to go around the city with buses and helped with taxis. Breakfasts were okay - not amazing but nothing to whine about either. (I loved the fruit juice selection though!). The room was cozy and had an amazing bed (seriously I've started thinking about buying something like that for myself) and most importantly - clean bathroom.

Not much honestly. Location was somewhat problematic if you need to get from/to airport in unusual hours - taxi is a must and it's unfortunately a bit pricey. During the day it's fine - bus to the city center stops there every 10-15 minutes. One thing that's more of a personal concern than a fault - towels were replaced even if not put in the shower like instructions said. It's perfectly fine to sleep under one set of sheets and dry with the same towel for 3 days. No need to change those every day - for the sake of our beautiful planet :)

We wanted a modern hotel near the motorway (and not the City Centre) so this hotel ticked that box. Spacious rooms with large, top quality shower. Amazing breakfast buffet not to be missed!!!! Good linens and towels. Well equipped, small fitness room on top floor.

Staff seemed a little vague when asked questions. E.g. It took us several attempts to find the underground parking which we had paid for in advance. The main restaurant lacks atmosphere so no matter how good the food is I'd recommend eating out. Terra Mia (recommended by the hotel) is nearby and is worth the effort and makes the most delicious pizza!!!

Very comfortable room with nice amenities available. The cleaning service was impeccable and consistent. The ladies from the reception desk were very helpful and accommodating, with useful information, and ready to assist with a smiling attitude. The breakfast included in the rate was excellent, with lots of options and excellent coffee.

Nothing bothering to affect our nice experience. We would love to go back when the time comes to visit again Bologna.

A spacious building with a good restaurant that opens until late in the evening. The lobby is like a business class lounge, which is great for business travellers. The staff was simply charming. We struggled to find the guest parking so the receptionist simply let us park our car in his own parking spot, with a smile. Thank you!
