We booked a two-queen bed room with kitchen. When we checked in and went up to our assigned room, there was no kitchen. Desk person told us that they did not have a kitchen unit available (they were all occupied) and refused to adjust the room rate. Booking.com came to our rescue, securing us a more-than-fair refund after we returned home and complained about what had happened. The room was clean and comfortable. The layout was a little unusual: one queen bed in an alcove-like area and the other queen bed in another alcove-like area, separated by the bathroom. Staff were generally courteous and helpful (except for the no-kitchen snafoo).

This property fell down by allowing us to book and room with kitchen and then, upon arrival, not having a room with kitchen available.

Breakfast was great, pool was fantastic

Sheets were dirty, we were given new ones to change ourself. The floor was scratched and dirty, with dust mites under the hide a bed (and on the blankets of the hide a bed, ew) The guest in the room above us was very active and the floor (our roof) was creaking constantly and through the night keeping us awake. There is a gas station right across the street, however it felt very unsafe as there were many drug users camped out outside the gas station on a regular basis, so I didn't feel safe letting my teenagers go on their own.

This hotel was very clean, staff very courteous and helpful. The person that was running the breakfast area was very efficient. She did a wonderful job keeping everything replenished. Plus, she took much pride in the appearance of how she had the plates stacked so they were easier to grabbed off stack. All the condiments and everything arranged very neatly plus it was very clean in the breakfast area.

Very helpful and friendly staff.....great location.....comfortable beds....well equipped rooms.....good facilities....and great to have free parking.

Breakfast could have been better if there was more choice.....like fried or scrambled eggs instead of daily omelette.....and some baked beans. It was strange to eat on paper plates and wooden cutlery. A bit of refurishing would do wonders.

Parking was great, breakfast was also pretty good with a nice selection of food, bed was comfortable & room was clean also updated, the pool was also nice and clean.

The hot tub needs to be cleaned or new water, when the jets aren't running the water isn't clear but once the jets turn on the water looks murky and yellow also does not have the smell of chlorine. Hallways smell old and outdated but that's ok.

Everyone was friendly, location was great, and great parking. Great place to stay and the bonus was the great breakfast that was included.

There was an bit of a odor when we entered the room. We aired it out each day while we gone and sprayed it with air freshener.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. It had a larger selection than most hotels I've stayed at and the quality of the food was higher than I was expecting.

The pool was smaller than I expected, however, it was clean and still big enough for my group to have fun.

Stayed here to be close to family in langley. Decent room, bed was comfortable and breakfast was a nice addition. In a king room with sofa. Nice staff.

Sort of in an industrial area. Not much around. Not having a night stand on both sides of the bed was really frusting!! Even a really small table would be helpful.

Large suite with everything we needed. 2 adults 3 teens. Kitchen well stocked with pots, glassware, even a full oven. Staff was excellent and loaned me a charger for my phone!, went out of their way for us and felt very welcome.

A little run down, lobby couch at door very worn and saggy. Stains on carpet in the entry of our suite, wall paper behind door in bathroom splashed and dirty. Stains on throw pillows on couch. At 250/night I was expecting a much higher attention to detail. Small fixes that shouldn't be left undone leaving the impression of 'used'. Replace the pillow coverings, clean the back wall in the bathroom, remove the stains in the carpet (pink) or put in a long rubber, to make it look fresh for the guest. Overall very clean apartment where it counted, kitchen,bath, beds, couches, etc. So we are happy overall. Could have been cheaper for the run down factor and it would have been fine.

From Check in on the first night, when the Recpetionist put me on a 2nd floor room for my comfort and access to breakfasts in the morning, to the very clean and comfortable room (so important as I was working very long days), to the suprisingly great breakfasts and then to check out, it was all superb and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing could have been.
