Room was clean and well stocked with towels. We requested a room with a pool view, which we received. Pool was clean and quiet, which was nice for our toddler. Breakfast buffet was really nice and suited our needs well, we appreciated the availability of plant based milk and lactose free yogurt options. Staff were very friendly, by all accounts.

Chairs on the walkout of our room would be nice to be able to sit like a patio without having to climb over the half wall or go completely around to the pool area. The scent in the air in the lobby was overpowering and off-putting. It was immediately noticeable once leaving the elevator or entering through the front doors. The kids play area could be a little more user friendly, not exactly suitable for kids of all ages.

I had to use your lost and found and Kathleen was absolutely amazing in helping me locate my lost item and assuring me of how it will be returned. She is a tremendous asset to your organization and her exceptional customer service excellence has enhanced your brand considerably. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with her dedication and perseverance in providing a first class service experience, in such a friendly and caring manner. I accidently picked the wrong night to stay. My online booking was for Saturday, but I had wanted Friday. This was done online and the website did have problems with going back to defaults such as adding an extra person. Whatever happened, the front desk were able to change my booking and check me in. All done in a short period of time.

There was a heavy perfumed entrance and I noticed immediately. My wife is scent sensitive and had she been with me, we probably couldn't have stayed.

Everything was amazing,me and some other guest were a little upset that we had to pay for parking on top of the already expensive rental,so unfortunately I will not be staying there again,we where told it was because we rented through bookings.com or another party, which is sucky we thought we where getting a deal, and bam ,nope you have to pay 40 for valay parking or 20-30 in public parking around the block

The staff were amazing right from the valet outside, to Earl at the front desk who was extremely welcoming and friendly and even offered to upgrade us since we were celebrating my wife's birthday, he went above and beyond. The lounge staff were also extremely welcoming and helpful and we look forward to staying here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We got away for a night to celebrate a birthday and the amenities were very accommodating. Was upgraded to a king bed and had an excellent breakfast.

I had stayed here when I was younger and totally forgot about the open concept elevator... after a few trips up and down to the 19th floor I got used to it again. The great stay helped calm my fear of heights, lol!

The room was spacious and bright and the bed was really comfortable. There is a restaurant onsite and the room service food was delicious. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The swimming pool was a little small. It's smaller than it looks in the photos online.

A very noisy refrigerator. We tried to unplug it, or turn it down, but were unable. The next morning, when we complained, we were told that someone from maintenance could have looked after the issue--if only we had contacted the reception desk. Now we know!

I am going to start with the arrival at the building. The exterior of the building is very unique and beautiful. We were in awww.

The only issue we had was with breakfast and it was so small. My son had asked for no beans in his breakfast burrito and when it came out there were beans in it. He did not want to say anything and just ate it anyway. Needless to say he still liked it but did try to puck out as many beans as he could.

We've stayed at this location before. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.

The seal on one of the complimentary water bottles in our room was broken. It had been opened. The front desk did give me replacements when I told them as we threw away both bottles as a precaution.
