I liked that the hotel had some character. You just didn’t feel like you were locked up in a modern chain hotel. It’s a pretty good location for strolling around a little bit too, and the top floor restaurant is very good. The shuttle seemed to work very well though you might have to wait half an hour if you get the timing wrong when you arrive. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute ride to the airport depending on traffic.

There were a couple of maintenance issues like only having one operating elevator. Also, I could not find any way to control the temperature in the room, except by opening the screened windows. This worked just fine in February, but I wonder in hot weather, whether the rooms would get sweltering or not.

I recently stayed at this hotel which is conveniently located near the airport, making it an excellent choice for layovers . The shuttle service was fantastic—prompt and reliable.

Room doesn’t have AC, and the windows weren’t noise-cancelling. I could hear everything outside, from planes taking off to traffic and even a construction site working until late hours. This made it difficult to sleep, especially as the noise continued into the late. I managed to get some sleep despite the distractions. I’d recommend bringing earplugs!. Breakfast starts at 06am, we were told coffee would be available at the reception for early travellers, Unfortunately, there was none when we arrived.

I really appreciate the location of the hotel, the neighborhood was very quiet, there was no noise in the room, yet the accessibility from here was perfect both to the city center and to the offices of our partner. The local restaurant was great, where we went not only for breakfast but also for dinner, the food was excellent and the service friendly.

Upon arrival, we waited at the airport for 45 minutes to be transported to our hotel, which was a lot after a long flight. There was also some confusion at the reception and we had to pay for our stay in 4 payments...

The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very nice, the hotel is lovely and modern, and the room was great. The WiFi worked well and it was very convenient for getting to the airport with the airport shuttle bus. Overall an excellent stay and I would definitely go back!

Not really a criticism but just a note that the jacuzzi and sauna are fairly basic. I wouldn't choose the hotel on that basis but they're nice to have if they aren't too busy when you visit.

This was our first stop on a 3 week tour of Colombia. We rented a car with Localiza but since we arrived late at night we needed a hotel close to the airport but with parking. This hotel was perfect. They have an underground garage which is free of charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are a couple of shops around and ATMs too. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Colombia with lots of fruit and other hot and cold options too. The hotel was easy to get to with our rental car, even late at night. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay near the airport.

The jacuzzi was a bit small. There was a bigger one but was out of service . But the spa is super clean and a very relaxing area. But its, not even a negative thing , as it was lovely. It gets empty and cleand every time a person books. ( 45 min a session) Super hygienic.

Amazing breakfast Buffett, free airport shuttle runs daily, good location, friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Our new favourite hotel in Bogota !

The wifi wasn’t working the last two days of our stay. Thankfully we had bought a SIM card and were able to check in to our flight this way. I wish they would have sent instructions on where to catch the shuttle before our arrival

This was our first and second stay at this hotel. We stayed there in two separate occasions over a period of two weeks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood. They offer a shuttle service to the airport every half hour. The breakfast buffet was great and it had a lot to offer. This is definitively a place to come back to. Special thanks to Oscar and Leidy in the restaurant for their friendliness and professional service.

From the moment we stepped outside our taxi the staff made us feel special. From the person picking up our bags to the security frontoffice attendants waiters for breakfast cleaning personnel room service all made us feel welcome and special. I can not explain how nice we were treated. Its our second time and we will be back at Capital for sure.

Maybe the room was a bit warm sometimes.

This hotel is one of the best Accomodation I have been to. It’s a class refined place to stay. Facilities, breakfast and mostly service from all staff members was well excellent. The breakfast time is so attentive and consider. You can see great management and values behind this organisation. We had a couple of interactions with Mauricio, incredible kind and helpful person. Potentially would be good improving ventilation in the rooms considering climate is not the same in bogota as used to be. Something for the next years coming.
