Such an amazing place, every single staff member was absolutely lovely. They all went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time with everything we needed. Around the pool the service was amazing, so fast and polite. We were also really impressed with the food, so many options and all really nice. Again the staff in every restaurant were so lovely, at breakfast our waiter would always bring us extra mimosas. When we wanted to go get a taxi, the staff at the front were extremely helpful and organised it with a pick up within 10 minutes. Honestly such a lovely place, the beach is really nice, the pools are lovely and the restaurants are great. So impressed, had an amazing time would definitely recommend!!

Very little to complain about, the only problem we faced was on the first night we hadn't booked a restaurant for dinner and didn't know how to do that. So I think if they make that clear for people when they arrive that they have to go to a separate desk to book the restaurants that would be good.

The Hilton Tulum was absolutely beautiful. I went with my sister for a girls trip and it was truly a relaxing time (we are 19 and 21). We lounged by the pool each day, made use of the fitness centre, and did aqua aerobics every afternoon. We spent a lot of time at the main pools, where one is more reserved, and the other for socializing. So there are options for everyone! The property has 4 restaurants, in which we did the Mexican, steak house and Japanese. The service was on point and we enjoyed the food very much. The buffet had a range of choices and was never overcrowded. The entertainment at night consisted of dancing which we loved, but with the rain we sadly only experienced it 2 out of 4 of our nights there. The property itself is stunning and large. Our room in particular was very clean and well taken care of. The architecture and detail is very impressive, making it the perfect place to take lots of photos.

If you are visiting the resort, beware the beach is not great. They have many places set up to lounge on it, but for swimming there are many rocks and seaweed. We prefer the pool and laying down anyways, so this wasn’t a big turn off for us. On a small note, only the Enclave guests are provided with robes in their room. It definitely would have been nice after showering to have one, but that is just me being picky.

The Tulum Hilton is new, and the rooms are super-nice. The staff is very attentive, and there is abundant wildlife all around the resort (iguanas, Coatimundi, lizards.) Really GREAT pool areas.

Anyone staying here needs to be fully aware.....this resort is isolated a few miles from the town of Tulum. If you wish to go ANYWHERE outside the resort, you'll need to either taxi or be involved in a tour. The resort is literally stuck out on the coast, with no civilization around it. In addition, the beach at this resort is VERY limited. There's a small beach swimming area at the main building, but the rest of the beach line is inaccessible volcanic rock. Bottom line.....this is a superb facility, but you're pretty much a captive audience unless you arrange transportation everywhere you go.

The buffet style eating was to be expected nothing exceptional. We stayed at the enclave lounge. I would like to mentioned the difference you’re paying for it to be closer to the main building and there’s a “private” lounge to order food and drinks at the main building. The rooms are identical (our relatives booked a stay as well).

Our refrigerator wasn’t working they ended up swapping it after I reminded them that we paid extra money for the “VIP” room. My sister in law ended up having the same issue they never swapped her refrigerator her entire stay nor did they offer her and sort of compensation besides we apologize. We traveled to the restaurant at their building/casa and there was a horrible smell somewhere between building 3-5. Smelled like garage in the tree area. Still waiting to get my garbage deposit back after being checked out for 2 weeks.

The hotel's location is great, just in the middle of the jungle with a nice small beach and many pools to enjoy, the staff is super friendly, special shout out to the Lobby Bar staff they were just amazing! Breakfast and Lunch are buffet with many delicious and fresh options, Dinner requires a reservation to one of there many options; the Asian restaurant has great food, but the Mexican one def has the best views. Also liked that there are different activities every night which are a nice way to enjoy a drink and have fun.

Only issue encountered was that the bed comforter was dirty with some stains that looked old, however the staff resolve it immediately, sent them a text message and a staff member with a clean one after a couple of minutes.

Incredible aesthetics. The hotel could not be more beautiful if it tried. Incredible views, beautiful rooms and really comfy beds and really clean everywhere. The staff are super friendly: on check in we got moved from casa 4 to casa 2 which as 2 adults was great to be nearer the main hotel (kids area is more casa 6 where the buffet is). If you want to walk to the main hotel from casa 2 it’s fast but to casa 6 is about 10 minutes which feels a lot in that heat. But we never had to walk the full way, a buggy always offered to pick us up on route. Also lots of separate pools for different vibes, party pools, quiet pools and kid pools. Lovely shop on site and the 24/7 cafe is great. The staff are super welcoming. The sea salt bar in casa 2 is my favourite place to eat and the la luz Italian restaurant.

I hate to say this, as this hotel would be flawless if the food was abit better :(, minus sea salt and la Luz, the buffet options are limited and taste bland/low quality. Honestly if the food was better and of Hilton quality standard the stay would have been a 10/10 because honestly the hotel is absolutely stunning.

The property was very clean and the staffs were nice, the location was perfect! All inclusive buffet was the better option because of the food options. The pools were clean and a better option for swimming.

The food was not all that good at the reservation required restaurants for them to charge us extra. The drinks were too watered down. They had no ATM and no on-site shops. the beach is full of sharp pointy rocks. They didn’t have guest activities like other resorts I’ve been to. I suggested few activities like pineapple themed pool party, foam party etc.

I did not like how far this resort is from town. It’s about $85 round trip to get into Tulum from the resort. However, most of the resorts in this area have this same issue with location.
