I have stayed at this hotel numerous times before for work & was greeted like an old friend upon check-on arrival, which at 9pm & after a long journey really brightened up my day! I thought that was a great touch. Parking on site costs €15 per night payable at reception who validate your card. Efficient check-in process. Clean, comfortable rooms. Bed is super comfortable & hotel is very quiet, despite being next to the airport with lots of comings & goings. Bar is open late & does food (not a huge choice) but pizzas are ok & very welcome at 9.30pm when you don't want to go anywhere else! Bar staff also very friendly. Cabs can be called easily to take you to the airport if you wish. I travel to Dusseldorf airport a lot for work & this is my go-to hotel - it's not 5*, but it's super convenient to the airport, a short drive away with the hire car, you can park with no fuss, reception is open 24 hrs, you can get food late into the evening & the beds are really comfy. For a short 1 night stay - I highly recommend it.

Our stay was truly enjoyable. The breakfast provided was excellent, offering a great variety of options to start the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout our stay. One of the standout features was the ample on-site parking, which was always available, making it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The hotel reception was incredibly helpful, issuing us a parking card that allowed easy access to the parking area whenever needed. We were so impressed with the location and overall experience that we’ve already booked another stay for next month. We’re looking forward to returning and enjoying another fantastic visit.

Nothing we disliked

The hotel is conveniently located at the airport area so it is great if you have a car. Parking is available at a 15€ daily rate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were well equipped, comfortable, new and very clean. Breakfast was abundant and there was enough variety.

The pillows were not very comfortable and it was too warm inside the hotel, which meant it was too warm to sleep comfortably. It was 21 degrees in the rooms so we all had difficulty to sleep well. The heating device was not super easy to use but I managed to put the temp down to 18 degrees to sleep better, although I could not get it lower than that. Regarding the breakfast, the area was big but so crowded that food was disappearing almost as soon as it came out. We had to wait for bread for about 10 minutes and it was just difficult to access the food comfortably. It might be a good idea for the hotel to get even more staff helping out at peak times during the weekend so the queues and lack of food are avoided.

Excellent location for both work & the airport. Warm welcome as a returning Customer upon arrival after a very long & stressful journey was very much appreciated. Room was clean, warm & very comfortable; it was a decent size with a comfortable bed & despite being near the lift on the 4th floor was exceptionally quiet throughout my stay. Ordered bar food for dinner as kitchen was closed, but good service & decent food. Breakfast was great also. Will be returning.

Restaurant was closed, although you could still order food from the menu at the bar, as well as bar menu. However, it was noisy & crowded on the night I was there.

Everything was nice but the breakfast staff was very racist . Greeting everyone who is white and wishing them a happy new year while no foreigner got even a goodmorning. Thats a pitty 👋

Well, very nice new modern hotel with warm stylish modern style, modern meaterials clean , not so far from airport , with very comfortable rooms, beeds, good breakfast , everybody should be satisfied they have very good pizza inside rest./ bar - very positive surprised :)

please pay attention for hot water - is not allowed to have cold shower in the winter *** reception personnel - require to be trained more, to be more polite

Staff was friendly and professional. The room had a decent siize for two people and the decoration looked modern and everything was spotless clean. The menu has some vegan/vegetarian options which are very delicious and the breakfast was very varied too :) The common/public areas are spatious, very cozy and also clean.

If I have to be very critical, the sound insulation of the rooms isn't too good. Got woken up swveral times by guests speaking and laughing loudly in the hallway very late at night and by other guests slamming their door shut. I guess it's not a problem of the hotel but of pople who doesn't have consideration for others.

The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was diverse and delicious! So many choices and everything looked and tasted fresh. I only stayed for one night on a long layover, but it was genuinely comfortable

The location feels slightly difficult. Not close enough to walk, and public transport included a bus (which ran once an hour) or a train that was only slightly closer to the hotel than the airport. It's not their fault, but it's a bit difficult on a budget.

The hotel facilities were clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. It was quiet, so I was able to stay comfortably. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the airport, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend it if you have heavy or large luggage. The walk wasn’t comfortable due to cargo trucks and cars along the way, and I was sweating and exhausted by the time I reached the airport. I suggest taking a bus or taxi instead.

The hotel is an affordable, alternative for those having to catch an early flight. The restaurant has a small menu but has enough options to satisfy your hunger. The service personnel were friendly and professional. Breakfast is served at 6:00 am. However, for the early travelers, they offer a small breakfast to go. Even though I have eating restrictions, I found something to pack and take away. My room was cleaned, and the bed was comfortable. On my next flight, if available, will gladly stay here again.
