I liked the Welcome drinks, mint sweets at reception , strong wifi, big rooms, clean rooms, good breakfast - especially the freshly squeezed detox juices and the availability of gluten free choices of breads, and very good coffee. The 24:7 availability of the small self service kafer adjacent to the reception, the gym area and the spa. One slept so peacefully at night because of the tranquility at the passage areas near the rooms, I really don't know how they got that right. The bus stop is right outside the reception entrance, it was easy access for transport to travel to different places. Also at 5 min walking distance to a few nice restaurants including well known Neptune.

No kettle in the room. I like my rooibos or camomile or just hot water before I sleep, I could not have that. It meant I must come out of my PJ's and go to reception/bar if I needed my rooibos or camomile tea. Would be nice if they also provide an iron in the room

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the room was cozy and relaxing—perfect for a good night’s sleep. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and made me feel genuinely welcome.

The hotel's location was ideal for our needs and provided easy access to the city center. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities that made our stay pleasant. The price matched the quality of the accommodation, offering a good value for money.

Our stay had a few drawbacks. Primarily, we were not satisfied with the service provided by the staff. Every morning, we literally had to beg for coffee, and the staff wasn't particularly friendly. They often responded with "no" rather than offering helpful suggestions. Although we didn't opt for breakfast, coffee was charged and often hard to come by. The bar outside the restaurant rarely had staff available, and many items on the menu were not available for serving. These experiences significantly diminished our overall impression of the hotel.

The check in process was easy for me as I arrived on a Sunday and it wasn’t busy. The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised how spacious and modern my room was. There was a coffee maker, a kettle for hot water. A choice of coffee, tea , a mini fridge, a safe and TV. Lots of amenities. The bus stop to take you to the train station was right across the street. It was easy once I learned how to use the ticket machine. The area was quiet, away from the city center on a beautiful tree lined street.

Close to the Munich Fair, clean room, bathroom and hotel in overall. Enough of parking places in hotel underground garage. I found it very good price/quality ratio especially for Munich prices.

Breakfast could be improved in terms of variety of food. No small cups for espresso and much to small glasses for water and juice. Bit strange for a 4 star hotel. Hotel garage at two spots very narrow, demands maneuvers with big cars.

We booked well in advance and had a superb room for the price paid, we had booked a 'superior' room. A few issues on check-in with the wrong grade of room initially allocated but we were swiftly moved to the correct room type. Due to this we were offered a complimentary breakfast which we had on our last day, we could have spent all day trying the various excellent items offered, it was superb. The young lady behind the desk from Morocco was outstanding but as we only met her on check-in we never got her name unfortunately. Lovely large room with fridge, seating area with comfy chairs. Enjoyed the use of the slippers! Liked the idea of the 'green' option with the room, we selected to have no daily maid service so we got a free drink at the bar! Bus routes outside hotel and tram/S bahn about 10 mins walk away to get into centre.

The 'green' room option was not very well publicised, I had read about it on initial booking but had to ask about it, I think it should be offered more prominently.

The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room. They also offer an option for guests staying for several nights: if you forego having the room cleaned and the beds made they give you a voucher for a drink at the bar. We don't use lifts; in some hotels, the stairs are difficult to find but here they were easily visible.

It's not in the city - this didn't worry us, but apart from a hamburger joint just along the road there are not many shops nearby. Bus stop just outside though, and parking was not a problem - we didn't have to use the hotel garage.

Overall a good hotel for a short trip to Munich with the reasonable pricing: - Located quite far away from the center of Munich the hotel has a bus stop right in front of it so you can easily get to the city (I recommend to use Deutsche Bahn site / mobile app). - Nice breakfast. On Sundays it is served until 12 pm (noon) which turned to be very convenient for us arriving very late due to snowfall disruptions in southern Germany. - The rooms are cleaned well, it is quite warm (stayed in the beginning of December 2023). - It is quiet both outside the hotel (street is not noisy) and in the rooms.

The room view was... Well, there was no room view. :) It looked at the courtyard, and the opposite wall was just 10 meters away. The room itself and the bath are a little bit dated. But it all did not bother us at all.

nice location, great breakfast choice and quality. Access to Gym and Sauna awesome and some good small food shop and drinks available in reception a good addition. Was clean and would definitely go again

Bed was 8/10 so not as comfortable as could be. Got confused with fact elevator on my room floor didn't go to Gym on ground floor, but that was my own issue and once knew what elevator went where was fine.

Calm location, nice breakfast and comfy beds! Nice modern interior, you have everything you need the the room😊 Bus stop right in front of the hotel Snack bar in case you long for a cold beer on the evening 😊

Wi-Fi didn’t work on my first day, when I had to work, then on my second night I was able to connect, the connection was poor though. 30 mins before the check out the housekeeping lady just opened the door without even knocking!!! That was really unpleasant.. Lack of coffee and tea making facilities in the room…
