Loved the 2-bedroom apartment with the swimming pool and huge balcony. Excellent service and friendly attitude by all staff. Checked in late on saturday night and all the higher floor apartments were already taken so I ended up on the 11th floor. The next day I requested a move to a higher floor if possible for better view and less noise and was moved up to the 43rd floor which was awesome. - Access to Five at the Palm private beach was really nice.

For some reason the phone in the bedroom kept beeping randomly all night. A microwave oven would have come in handy as well as some kitchenware for cooking (pot/pan). No WiFi signal on the balcony.

Everything was fun🙂

The reception staff was disturbed by the repeated calls during checkout and one of the staff members tried to enter the room without permission. This is considered disrespectful to me as a Muslim and I have a wife. This is not the hotel’s policy.☹️☹️

Really nice hotel.. great and quick check in.. i had room with balcony and was great experience i enjoyed it really nice hotel 👍🏻 clean , comfortable rooms with quiet rooms and good entertainment there.

During the check out.. they were noisy. I know it’s their right. But they start calling very early from 10:30am to confirm that you’re going to check out or not, and after that the door knocks at 11:00 🕚 to check the mini bar and then another call at 11:15 am asking if you need door man to help you with luggage. Another visit and the knocking at 11:30 🕦 am to check if you will check out or not! Was very bad and noisy way!

-Booked the room with the private pool/Jacuzzi, the size of the room is truly great. - Many wardrobe options within the room. - Furniture is in pretty good condition. - Checking-in was pretty swift and room was ready. - The Lobby coffeeshop has an excellent and tasty food items. - Hotel Wi-fi is pretty fast. - I would truly recommend the place although a bit far from the city's main attractions. - nearby gorcery stores. - As a value for money, this is good and I've seen many couples and families staying in. Also appealing for groups of friends.

- Only decaffinated coffee capsules were provided during the stay (even the refills), who drinks decaffinated coffee? - The two TVs were interconnected through a single remote controll, so whenver you switched one the other turns on! - Limited number of towels, while considering this more of a resort hotel. - Housekeeping didn't clean well, as we found an empty bag of potato chips below the bed from previous resident. - Amenity drinking water were provided in glass bottles, and in case you lose or break it, you would be charged for it! - The bed mattress is not comfy at all and needs to be replaced.

The rooms were nice and spacious as well as the gym

I wasn’t aware that in order to use certain equipment in the gym I had to pay extra money. I was told I can’t use certain weighted plates because they are for PT customers. Considering that I’m staying at the hotel I should have had access to all facilities in the gym without paying extra money.

While the hotel's overall vibe was unique, the spa and gym facilities were outstanding. The gym, in particular, was the best I've seen in a hotel. My room was also comfortable and well-appointed. Though the location was a bit removed for my work trip, it's ideal for a leisure stay. I would definitely return.

While the overall experience was great, there were a few downsides. The location is a bit far from the city center, which may not be ideal for work-related travel or quick access to meetings and business districts. Additionally, the atmosphere of the hotel leans more towards a party vibe, which might not suit those looking for a quiet or professional environment.

I would first, like to thank Neeraj at the reception desk. He was incredibly sweet and even upgraded my master suite to a one bedroom at no extra cost! The room had a stove top for which the guest services provided pots and pans for with just a quick call (at no charge) The pool was nice, the room was clean and because it was a weekday, it wasn't noisy at all. I ordered room services, and whilst the prices for food are a little high, It was great nonetheless! Breakfast which was included was a buffet and fresh food all around. Nothing was stale or bad. The staff was super kind and helpful, checking in to ensure comfort. This was my second time staying solo and my friends and I frequently enjoying spending time at the Five.

The AC wasn't cold enough it seemed, even at 12 degrees, the room wasn't getting cold enough. I wished they had already provided some ice in the fridge or dish washing liquid. Just for the rooms that have the facility to accommodate it. The marble slabs outside the pools, tend to be a little slippery, so I'd use caution when walking up and down the stairs into the pools of the rooms.

Great variety of products for breakfast, eggs/omelets made to order, nice decor and well laid out... the option to sit outside and have your breakfast in the sun was really nice.

Some of the staff were attentive, whereas there was a young female that had attitude when I reminded her that she forgot the coffee I had asked for, twice and waited quite a while. The male staff were very courteous and asked to leave a review which at that time I reneged in doing so because of the waitress. I avoided the Sunday Pool party as I was informed, I may have to pay to spend time in the pool. Which I thought was a liberty considering I was paying to stay in the hotel.

This hotel is honestly a hidden gem. The room layout is probably the best I’ve ever stayed in – super convenient with lots of space to put things, which I really appreciated. It just made everything feel so organized and comfortable. The view of central JVC from the room was amazing, especially at night. The bathroom was huge, which was such a nice surprise. But my favorite part? The TV could be turned to face the bathtub! I got to soak in the tub and watch my shows – it was the most relaxing part of the trip. Such a cool feature that made the whole stay extra special. Definitely recommend this place if you want a cozy, well-designed space to unwind.

Location is just ok. No other restaurants or cafes in close proximity to the hotel.
