I truly Loved this Hotel, Staff extremely Hospitable & Attentive, Amazing Breakfast!! 😍 , Koyla Restaurant a must, I fell in love with their lamb chops!!! Very accommodating! They have so many things to keep you busy, pool table, swimming pool, gym. I will book again!

Hmm, I don’t think I had anything i didn’t specifically like. I was comfortable and felt safe.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this 5-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the staff’s professionalism — always cooperative, prompt, and eager to help. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and featured a large, extremely comfortable bed that made every night’s rest perfect. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch — a fully equipped gym, relaxing jacuzzi, rejuvenating steam room, soothing sauna, and a pristine swimming pool that made my stay feel like a wellness retreat. Dining here was a delight, with a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse and delicious cuisines, catering to every mood and taste. Overall, an exceptional stay that I would highly recommend, and I look forward to returning.

The only area for improvement would be the toiletries — both in quality and quantity — which could be enhanced to match the otherwise flawless luxury experience.

My stay was perfectly great. Hotel has beautiful ambience and room had an excellent condition with full of amenities I needed as I came from UK. Reception staff is friendly and overall, staff services and their attitude were positive, like always ready to help. Well trained staff. GRO is great. I found value of money. Hotel overall is very neat and clean. First and foremost, my check in and check out went smooth. Mr. Talha was friendly. Hotel has best dining options. I would definitely love to come again for longer and peaceful stays in future as everything was above and beyond. Everything was according to my expectations! Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a good location, clean and well managed, with good security and friendly staff and security. The rooms are nice and the facilities good.

There are some floors which are smoking floors, unfortunately some selfish guests choose to smoke in non-smoking rooms, which means that there can be a residual smell of cigarettes. The housekeeping are excellent, and do their best, but cigarette smell is hard to get rid of. This is a problem with selfish guests, not with the hotel itself. These guests should be fined heavily for breaking the rules.

This was my first time staying at this beautiful hotel , I loved the ambience,the facilities and the love welcome and service from the staff was really lovely, which really made my stay feel extra special. The food was really good this hotel will be my second home .

I can't say there was anything I didn't like only one small thing I felt I was in a small room which was cosy and beautifully designed but it just felt a bit cramped with so much furniture, which I felt is one unnecessary but also a bit of a hazard I honestly feel slight adjustment there would be good as it made the room look cramped. But other than that room was aesthetically designed beautifully, love the artwork, bed was very comfy, bathroom was beautiful.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton went excellent that I have extended my stay. Staff here is very professional and friendly, they always take care of your each and every need by providing personalised services. Food has great taste and quality. Location is perfectly great. Most importantly, this property has a value for money with best dining options like Lahore Gates Cafe, Red Lotus and roof top, Koyla the bbq restaurant. Please appreciate the following staff for providing their extended support! like Mr. Waseem.

The overall ambience and the hotel’s location is perfect. Clean rooms with proper scenic views. Food is good. Your stay with family and if couples is calm that is guaranteed. The staff is amazing and compassionate.

Entrance Security Guards (specifically females) they should be groomed and taught well to NOT to open the bags of a female or male without permissions. A bit pricey but its worth it. Snacks and food available in the room should be priced lesser.

All in all really good! The facilities with pool area, gym and lounges were really good. The location was nice as well pretty close to the main attractions but keep in mind Lahore is BIG. The service was exceptional in every way! 3 different restaurants, only tried 2 of them but they were good. The breakfast was the only thing not meeting my expectations.

The breakfast could have been better. Not that much to choose between if you are used to continental breakfast. Besides that - all good!

The property is centrally located and had a good restaurant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is good but the room itself still would have needed a deep clean.

The amazing service they went above and beyond to help us in every way. I travel from the UK and I have stayed in other hotels in pk eg pc Lahore but always come back to this. It’s changed names 3 times over the years but the service is still impeccable spot on. We needed a driver for the full day they sorted this out and printed documentation for us which we forgot to do. A Family member left an expensive jacket here after checking out a few days later they complimentary dropped it off to the airport which was so convenient for us otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to collect. Definitely recommend you will not be disappointed

The WiFi in my room was poor .. other members who had wifi in there rooms was very strong maybe a glitch in my room.
