One of our rooms got upgraded to Superior so we're closer to each other. The room is spacious, has large windows, and a good layout. The bed was comfortable. The amenities in the room were just right, we used everything from in there and didn't find the need to look for other things. The staff was really accommodating and easy to approach.

In one of our rooms there was a lingering smell of smoke which didn't go away even after spraying with air fresheners. This lasted the whole trip.

The location was quite good since distance to bugis junction only. I saw a number of umbrellas at the lobby not sure to let guests to rent ? if yes, double likes. Staff wise, super friendly girl and a guy with his blue coat on too. thx alot to them. they made us feel welcomed.

Housekeeping was loud.. I hardly got the slp around 6+ because maybe my body did not get used to the bed however around 8, those housekeeping talking so loudly and laughing.. Booked two rooms, and another room also can hear clearly.

The location is fantastic. A moment from Raffles for a Singapore Sling! Close to Metro train station. Rooms have everything needed including freezing cold air conditioning but bathrooms are tiny. Everything super clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Okay for a cheaper one night stopover.

Get a room with a window or it will be claustrophobic. Water pressure fluctuates in the shower..

The room was quite okay. It wasn't too big but it was enough that we had our own private bathroom, the sheets were changed daily and the beds were made by the housekeeping everyday and the towels were changed regularly too. There isn't fridge nor blower but it's not like we needed them. But for the sake of reference for others, I would put this here. They provide us bottled water too daily and we had working television and the air conditioning unit was functional. Staff was friendly too and location wise, it's a 5 min walk from Bugis MRT but generally walking distance to most tourist spots. Perfectly situated especially if you enjoy night life within Bugis, Haji Lane, Chijmes, and Suntec.

Room was perfect for a solo traveller. Location just a walking distance to Bugis junction, Suntec city and others depending on which places you would like to go to. Otherwise, the bed was so comfy and the rooms were always clean.

The place is very accessible and it's near the mall, mrt, bus stations, and shops. Everything is just a walking distance. The staff are very helpful and accomodating.. My daughter's blanket was accidentally included in the laundry when O requested the room to be cleaned, so the front desk reached out to the laundry company, and we got the blanket back. It was really an amazing experience.

The plastic cover for the switch of the hot water came out. The female staff in the hotel at the counter on the arrival date was not so friendly. Th male staff was friendly. Generally, the staff are not familiar with the correct method to open the little toothpaste bottle. I think the hotel management needs to conduct a briefing or demonstration session to enlighten the staff on the things like toothpaste which the guests that are going to use.

Good location handy to MRT, buses, 7-Eleven next door and that little ice cream place on the corner was great! Easy taxi trip to/from the airport. The room was small but clean, tidy and serviced daily which was all we required, we didn't come to Singapore to spend all day in a room!. Staff were friendly and always helpful.
