Fresh clean look The room was 71 beautiful degrees when I entered.

Our room smelled like sewer gas the moment we walked in. It was coming from the bathroom, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed. Also, the caulking in the bathroom was cracking, which was not expected in a 5 year old property.

Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was filling and great tasting coffee. We met Anthony, the hotel repair guy. Very cordial and professional in doing his job. We will visit again.

New and very good room amenities

Location is good but lot of construction around and may be some renovations can be done to outside. Also employees need more training on booking.com orders. Had to go to front desk couple of times to clarify I already paid for the room. Booking uses their own card to pay and they errr not able to charge. After 2-3 visits downstairs and phone call it was resolved. This could have been easily avoided for my experience and I could have made 10.

Breakfast was great - wide variety available every day. The pool was really nice although the pool "deck" is not very wide around the pool. Very comfortable and clean room.

The exhaust fan in my room did not work, but was not really an issue during my stay. While the bed itself was comfortable, the pillows were too feathery and even with all of them stacked up, I still ended up with my head flat in the middle of them. For what I paid for my stay, the hotel should have a better selection of pillows available on the bed. I believe I did request no feather pillows, but apparently there was no choice. I had to go buy a firm pillow at Walmart (and then left it with the family member I was visiting).

Everything was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was really friendly.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed pillows were kind of flat. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I loved the view and the room

I was charged on booking and as well as the property- double charged. I contacted your location that said I would have to wait 7 days to call back even though both charges are no longer in a pending status and posted. if I do not have my refund from your company or booking.com once those 7 days arrive I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. This was an unexpected expense as is because our power was knocked out for 2 days because of a storm and we had no where else to go. if you are going to have a third party collect your charges then the communication should be better between companies.

The yogurt machine. And waffle maker was wonderful each morning

One morning they were out of milk after I had poured the cereal. Not a big deal. I ate something else.

Unfortunately, someone hit us and ran as we were sitting in the left turn lane waiting for our turn to make a left turn into the hotel.

We didn't eat breakfast

It was noisy at times when we were trying to sleep; kids running in the halls and loud talking in adjacent rooms. No fault of the establishment, but we did feel the walls must been thin.

Staff was awesome. Very Accommodating!!!!! Made sure we had everything we needed. Always spoke when we passed them in the lobby!!!!!!! Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping!!!!!
