I liked breakfast, pool, clean room and location of hotel

I liked the price and the quality, I loved the friendly service. I'll stay here any time I'm in town!

The only things I didn't like are very minor but 1. The microwave didn't work. I was offered two solutions one being a new room and one being wait till the next day for someone to come in. I felt this could've been as easy and letting me use a different microwave or just swaping them out moving rooms is such a hassle but again very minor I decided to stay in my room and wait till morning for someone to come. And the second thing is not being allowed to connect consoles or roku devices for streaming to the t.v. it would be a amazing upgrade and good investment to get smart t.v.s or even to just allow devices. Again super minor gripes. Over all loved my stay.

The location was nice and the staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable and clean. We had no issues with the cleanliness of the room.

We’ve stayed at this property before and never had any issues but this time I was woken up by a guy knocking at our door at 2am. I called the front desk and they said they didn’t send anyone to our room. The room next to us was also noisy to the point where I didn’t get much sleep. Then when we were leaving the next day several cops were in the front of the motel, not sure what happened but for the 4 other times we were there, we never had an issue and the property was quiet. The hotel could also use an upgrade, the pool wasn’t available while we were there and there is some damage to the walls. Other than that the stay was good.

The staff were excellent and were incredibly responsive and helpful when I needed them. It was in the perfect location for my stay and as a place to sleep it was absolutely on the money. The shower was excellent, powerful enough and warmed up quickly. Beds were very comfortable.

One of the lights didn't work but I didn't report it until the end of my stay as it wasn't an issue and I was hardly there. Breakfast was very basic but serviceable, complimentary though so not bothered, but I must say the scrambled eggs were terrible. The room was mostly clean but could have better, some old stains.

This hotel is great! Been here many times and the staff is always friendly and understanding. The breakfast is decent and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Television worked great and internet was okay.

The fragrance was overkill! Walked into the lobby, all I could smell was like Febreze or something. Same in the hallways. Unfortunately, I could in the hotel room, too. The entire time in the hotel, fragrance is the only thing I could smell. It was super heavy everywhere. My nose was burning. I couldn't sleep well due to my sinuses acting up and it's a shame because the beds were so comfortable. I would have given 10 stars had there not been fragrance sprayed everywhere!

Stayed here twice before and both times the stay was great, the rooms were quiet, it was a nice and quiet neighborhood to stay in with eating places within a short distance, the staff was friendly. There is a McDonald’s conveniently next door. The continental breakfast had some good hot food selections like eggs, biscuits and gravy, and bacon. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the bathroom was clean. I especially liked that they took cash for the deposit. I will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this place.

Location was great. Everything was near, i.e food, shopping etc. It's the only place to stay for comfort, price, exceptional staff. And quiet area where you are treated like family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT ALL. OF YOUR EXPECTATIONS MET!!

Far exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Nothing negative about this hotel.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and we had a great stay every time. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel is in a great location and quiet, it’s also next to many eating places, but the free breakfast was great and had a lot of selections like bacon, sausage, biscuits n gravy, waffles, cereal, juice, and coffee.

Nothing, we had a great stay

Some confusion as I added a day to my stay and the front desk called me the second day asking about my checkout.

We were on the first floor. It was a handicap room which we did not need but very nice.

Tv only turned on when you worked button on the side but remote worked to change channels and to shut off Also, customer service said the entry lock/handle was put in upside down so you lifted up to get in vs pushing down.
