Excellent- good variety and quality of the breakfast. Large room. Clean

The quality of the bed: The hotel said it had a fitness center and had signs the said the fitness center was off the lobby. When I asked the staff where it was located, she replied that they didn’t have one anymore. The night that we got to the hotel, the pool was being drained as well as the hot tube. Two days later, they were removed. Very disappointed in those three things being unavailable.☹️

Breakfasts were great. Nice hot and cold selections. Varied hot entrees each day. Facility is very close to a fantastic shopping mall. Near several restaurants. Liked the discount at a neighboring Dennie’s restaurant.

Air conditioner was a bit noisy but worked well. Refrigerator also a bit noisy.

The breakfast was good, but minimal. Staff was friendly and did a great job.

Landscapers with leaf blowers and sweeping trucks were making a lot of noise starting before 5:00 AM each morning we were there at the mall property and parking lots adjacent to the hotel - even on the weekend - and it woke us up each morning. Can't the start at a later hour? Hotel operators need to talk to the Mall management about this.

I like the new paint job on the exterior I think that the floors need to be cleaned cuz they felt damp like the carpet and maybe a lighter color it sort of sketchy having a really dark color

The first lady that was checking me in wasn't being nice at all very unpleasant face no smile wanted to refuse my service because my credit card said my married name and my driver's license said my maiden name yet I showed her a checkbook and another credit card that had both names finally the lady that came from behind told her to let it go because she does that with her husband too so Props to the lady that look like she was Indian thank you for letting me stay we enjoyed the room very much

Everything was great. The lady who checked us in was very informative and let us know what events were going and that there were a bunch of soccer players staying at holtel, so if it got a little load, we knew why.

The mattress was a little too firm and hurt my back.

Honestly the pillows were super comfortable, and I was able to fall asleep quickly. The people were also kind, during check in and out. The breakfast the next day was very filling. I appreciated the variety of food offered.

A couple of things stand out to me, and some are just my personal preference. For one, the air conditioner was pointed directly at the bed which made for a chilly night, but that was fixed with blankets to the chin. Then the toilet clogged easily, but we just fixed that by pouring an abundant amount of water in to get it to flush.

The breakfast was delicious! Nicer still was that the hostess was helpful with using the waffle grille and put in a reservation for us to have a to go brfst the next day when we had to leave at 4:30 AM.

We transferred rooms as the first smelled of mold to my girlfriend. Then the second day and "to go" reservations did not get transferred as well. We had to return to office to get key to room to work and wait for "To go" to be made up.

Location, breakfast and cleanliness were great. Front desk was very helpful. Pool was very clean and inviting.

Only bad thing was the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Great job, well seasoned food and clean atmosphere.

More signage to see it better. It was hidden behind some business and wasn't as easy to find.
