The staff here are the best. We were treated with absolute respect, got an early check in and late check out. Cody, at the restaurant, became our concierge. He patiently answered all our questions about where to eat and how to travel where we wanted to go. He also remembered guests he'd served earlier and knew what they had been served. He's very professional. Our room was great. The beds were extremely comfortable. I loved the espresso machine. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Canopy by Hilton Tempe.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Canopy. The only reason we didn't rate the hotel exceptional 10/10 is because we were surprised about parking. This could have been an oversight on my part. We chose to valet for $39 because it was easier for us to unload our luggage at the entrance. Self parking is $25 every time the car re-enters. We had a blast using Waymo. I highly recommend it.

Great location. Comfortable bed and amazing shower. Rooms are lovely (perhaps the Aircon is a bit cold, I could only control the one in my bedroom not in the lobby/bathroom but all fine really. The staff were generally friendly, especially up on 14. The pool is also lovely.

I stayed for business for the week, then extended for leisure. The breakfasts are " order only" rather than buffet, this is inconvenient if you just want to grab something quickly and fly out the door. I'd also far prefer something small like just toast and honey or a couple boiled eggs (and a bit of fruit) but these are all treated as individual items oddly enough, costing more? The water dispenser on my floor (level 7) didn't work for the week. The lady at front desk didn't seem concerned about this or getting it fixed but inconvenient for me.

Location excellent for getting to ASU graduation ceremonies and for running back and forth to airport for family pickups. Staff was super helpful and engaging. Bartenders up on the roof were engaging and creative and we always love the pool. Liked the little surprises like complimentary drinks in the lobby, themed dinners etc.

Dinner service ended too early at the roof top bar. The room was missing equipment which had to be requested but didn't show in time to use (steamer, extra robes)

Breakfast was delicious. It was past the time when we could order breakfast so we told our server we were just going to have a cinnamon bun. The chef came out and asked us what we wanted for breakfast and made it up for us. We were incredibly thankful for his kind gesture. Location was perfect for us as we spent most of our time at Mullett Arena. Walked to/from games we were watching there and enjoyed the amenities in the neighbourhood.

Room cleaning every two days is perfectly fine. Maybe just some extra toilet paper and kleenex in the room to tide us over.

The food that we ordered through the hotel was overpriced and really wasn’t that good. I almost sent something back, but I didn’t want to be that person. We ended up DoorDashing. Even though I pre-paid through Booking.com, they had hundreds of dollars of charges on my credit card temporararily. Annoying. For that reason alone I’d never stay here again. There’s just no need to do that.

Great location and comfortable space and room. Lobby has many area for customers hand out and rooms for meeting. Good place for vacation or business trip. Decorations are modern

Lovely hotel but as for the room (408), the street noisy was... a lot... which made it very hard to both fall asleep and stay asleep. Additionally, tiles in the shower were broken - not just one tile, but an entire strip of tiles on the shower floor just beneath the shower heads.

Street noise was disruptive and made it hard to sleep. Bathroom shower tiles needed repair.

Very friendly staff who aimed to please. Lovely room design and decor. Big, comfortable chair for Zoom meetings I needed to do. Exceptional bed. Perfect location near the ASU campus. Excellent room service breakfast.

Overnight valet parking was expensive.

The location was great and all staff were excellent. Bathroom fixtures and towels seem new and sparkling clean. Breakfast was good.

The hotel has got to do something about the barn-style doors on the shower/toilet rooms and between the bathroom and bedroom itself. They do not stay open, they do not stay closed, and they do not afford any privacy. These are lovely rooms for one person, but not really for more. It is nice that the closet/sink/mirror area are separate from the shower/toilet area, but only if the barn-doors worked, which they do not. Another problem is lack of any way to get fresh air into the room from outside.

Attractive decor. Good size rooms. Loved the toilet/shower was independent of the sink. Great safe. Great closet space. Great coffee bar. Ample closet.
