Clean, accomodating, friendly.

I paid about $20 more than I booked, but it wasn't worth calling or complaining about. I went back and looked up my booking confirmation - and although I booked a room with 2 queen beds, the guy at the desk said I had a king. He changed it, and also put us on the 1st floor. Also, I was charged $336.21, when the booking was for $316.21 - so was he giving himself a tip?

I liked the quietness and the location; the hotel was near all the eateries and shopping. I chose this hotel because it is also near my family, who live there. I was there to attend my oldest sister's funeral; it was a sad and happy occasion. This stay was my third time at this hotel. I am handicapped, and I requested a room on the first floor near the exit, and it was granted. I was able to park near the side exit in a handicap parking space each day I was there.

I like blueberry muffins, but there weren't any there each morning.

The property was good

I didn’t like several things. 1st four emails asking me to upgrade or early check In. 2nd a phone call from the property to conform I was coming, the call came at 2:27 pm! 3rd whoever heard of putting a Handicap room on the fourth floor, are they going to carry my 260 lbs down the stairs if something happens? 4th four emails on Saturday asking if I’m interested in late check out on Sunday. I was in town for a trade show, no time to keep reading emails!

Breakfast and location were both good, I booked early and all but two families with our ball team stayed here after asking where we were staying,and nobody had any problems that I know of

Actually getting the room I reserved at the first of May would have been nice,but the person on duty the next day got the overcharges straightened out,was not a dealbreaker not getting the suite,it all worked out

The room was clean. I was impressed on how clean the bathroom but especially the shower was. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. I felt safe there, as I was traveling alone on this trip. There was a variety of breakfast options put out to choose from and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very affordable. Great quality for the price. This will be one of my stopping points from now on! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was perfect for me and my crew. Very roomy and clean. I like that the sink was outside of the bathroom so we could all primp while someone else showered.

Hot elevator and the concierge that checked us in was not very friendly. She acted like I was bothering her…. She didn’t tell me where to park, where my room would be located or where the elevator was. Even in crappy hotels the concierge has always told me ALL of that information.

Loved how spacious the suite was. My family wasn't on top of each other. We had 2 bathrooms. My husband and I had our own bedroom. The breakfast had lots of options. Even though there was construction on the tip floor, it was quiet and the whole place was clean.

Construction did take lot of the parking near the doors.

Love the variety of the breakfast every morning with new menus and it well stocked. The kids loves the strawberries waffle. Room clean and smells nice as you walked in the main lobby and all the way to our room. All The staff are helpful nice and friendly. Beds and pillows are comfy. Thank you comfort inn. We will definitely come back!!

Came for swim meet and my kids will always bring wet towels and wet parkas and we need them dry quick before evening Finals meet . however they can dry it out for us . Thank you so much. I just wish they have self service laundry :) so I don’t have to bother them.

Clean and friendly. Great atmosphere.

Breakfast was very disjointed. Juice machine was broken. I was directed to a pitcher of WARM cranberry juice. Yuck! No standard cream cheese for the bagels.Gravy for biscuits was like warm milk with some pepper in it. YUCK! No thickness. Waste of time and effort. Thank God for the waffle maker. With a little more effort could have been so much better. BUT…

It was in a good location and comfortable. We loved the touch of fresh lemonade in the lobby.

We liked the property . We didn’t get a room that was reserved. A king with divided wall and sofa. But, we were pleased with our king room.
