I loved the room! I traveled with a 6 and 7 year old and ended up with a 4 year old as well. The room was really spacious, even for the 4 of us. I loved that it had a microwave and fridge so that I could serve breakfast in the room. I loved the sitting area also so we were not always on the beds. I don't like driving in Conway because of the roundabouts, however the hotel was not that far from my son's school and areas to shop and eat.

We stayed 2 days and housekeeping did not pick up the used towels and bring clean ones. Nor was my trash removed. But the front desk had fresh towels upon request.

Front desk Brittany was very pleasant. She politely answered questions etc. Room was clean, comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and I loves the extra pillows. But please replace curtains. Room was on ground floor facing the parking lot. When closed there was a sliver of window not covered. It was very uncomfortable because you wouldn't be able to see someone looking in and of course any light on in the room made it easier for someone to do that too.

The shampoo and conditioner in the room. I always bring my own toiletries, but I didn't this one time. The shampoo was so small it was barely enough to really wash my hair and it made my hair feel really dry. Please replace!

The room was HUGE. The last hotel we stayed at in Jonesboro was so small. The bathroom was also very roomy. My husband and I are both bigger people and we really appreciated the room. The bed was very comfortable and staff were super friendly.

The ONLY issue we had was the pool. We reserved the hotel because it had an indoor pool. When we checked in I asked if the pool was open. They told me yes. Only issue was the pool heater was broken (which front desk staff told me when I asked about the pool). We tried to swim but couldn't. It was just too cold. This was our ONLY complaint.

Went down for breakfast and the young lady working the dining area was by herself. She was smiling, friendly, and busted her rear to keep breakfast items fully stocked while cleaning up any mess made by guests. I think her name was Kelsey. What a sweetheart

Everything, and I would stay again if ever in the area.

Once or twice my key didn't work, but Jana fixed it; and even gave me two old towels when I spilled coffee to clean up

everything was SUPER clean and the staff was always so nice, the pool was clean and perfect as well. The lobby’s little snack bar came in handy!

the bed was SO uncomfortable.. it does have a pillow top mattress over it, but it was still hard as a rock with little to no give. if you like stiff beds, then it may not be a problem. but it could have definitely been softer for us!

The rooms are nice but the lobby was under construction. They still had breakfast in a meeting room which was good.
