Location and hotel room fantastic, it said partial view but you can see the ocean clearly, all staff was super friendly (some offered to park our car / get our luggage, we aren't used to this type of hotel!!) I wasn't aware of the rule of being 25 or older or needing someone in order to check in (it was just my sis and I wanting to see the beach). It wasnt listed when i booked through this site but the confirmation email did list it on the bottom and i totally overlooked it. However, best staff ever is Emily (the cute platinum hair girl). It would've been 100% my fault if we weren't able to check in, but Emily went above and beyond and asked the manager personally to allow an exception for us to stay the night. The manager was in the meeting, and she kept coming out to explain the wait and kept apologizing (she was doing us a favor, no need to apologize!!!!) The manager eventually came out (didn't know his name sorry) and he allowed us an exception, very sweet guy too. Please give Emily more recognition idk if they are allowed tips but I am beyond grateful for everything things have been rough at home and this trip was supposed to keep my mind off it, if I didn't get to check in it would've added onto the list. Sorry for being long winded, thank you Emily I will forever be grateful!!!!

The other hotel guests are snobby. I understand it's a fancy hotel, but the entitlement is INSANE. Shoutout to the hotel staff for handling it with grace, I will take my patients trying to give me a black eye any day then deal with those people......

LOVED the location- uper close to all the fun things to do and it is directly on the beach. The bunk beds in the room were a big hit with the kiddos and made it much easier- we loved this feature and hope more hotels start doing this, as standard rooms are not ideal for families.

The way the beach chair rental works is not good. We were at the beach, and nobody ever came and asked if we wanted to rent chairs and there was no place to do that on the beach. My husband had to leave me with the little kids to go back up by the pool- not good. Also, just a suggestion: It might be good to add chicken tenders or something simple to the menu in the restaurant. We ate there for dinner once and would have eaten there again, but the menu was small and we didn't want to eat what we ate the night before.

It is a wonderful place for couples to retreat and relax😌 Beach ⛱️ is steps from hotel. Beautiful white Sandie beaches. You will love ❤️ it.

Umbrella 25 and chairs 15 bucks were pricey for one day rental. Visit the local Wal mart or beach store and get chairs and Umbrella for the price of one day rental.

Grounds are gorgeous! A beautifully updated hotel with friendly staff. They had an Easter egg hunt for the kids, which was fun and festive. Outdoor bar had delicious drinks and food (pricey but good). Morning yoga was a nice perk.

Beach is crowded and you have to be on alert for a volleyball or football being thrown your way, but my kids loved it because there were so many friends to make. Elevator wait can be long time at times (especially around dinner time).

Very expensive for the standard. I am ceoliac and the options were limited for a 5 star hotel. Staff were good though and made GF pancakes. Granola wasn't gf but there were eggs and bacon. Foof needs to be clearly labelled re allergies - nothing labelled which is poor and potentially a problem for the hotel re reactions.

Everything. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel facilities are amazing, they even have a heated pool, perfect with kids when the weather is cold.

They could have a kids park the at location. I was aware they didn’t have it, but that would be a nice improvement. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

The resort was perfect for families. Two outdoor pools and an indoor pool for when it rained. The food in the lounge was good and there was a putt putt course in walkable distance so it was nice that we could be entertained enough without leaving if we had wanted. The rooms with the bunk bed was a nice addition and added some extra family space as well. We did need to change rooms and we did get a room upgrade with our view which was great. And the beach was very very easy to get to. Ordering food and drinks by the pool was also lovely. Overall, the resort was very clean and nice. Overall, we were pleased.

We had a few hiccups. The first room we checked into had several things not working. The TV remote didn't work and had to be replaced (no biggie). One bathroom sink wasn't cleaned and still had the previous person's shavings and spit in the sink. Plus both sinks were severely clogged and we had to request maintenance to fix. It was so clogged that they had to give us a new room. The new room was nice with a better view so that was a nice plus but sort of a pain that we had to pack up and move rooms. There was also some confusion by the breakfast staff on our paid for breakfast vouchers and I had to go to the front desk several times to get clarity. I felt like I became the 'crazy lady' to them because I kept having to ask for things to be fixed.

Beach was AMAZING!!! White, fluffy sand and clear water...what was not to love! He went on a charter and caught several fish that we had asked the hotel to cook for us. It was amazing!!! The chef was awesome! The staff that night could not have been more friendly and engaging!!

Staffing was a little slow. Especially during breakfast. We waited a long time for someone to sit us, then an even longer time to get something to drink. When we wanted to leave we never could find our server and had to track someone else down. They seemed very overwhelmed. Also, the two individuals who were checking people in were not the friendliest and seemed like they were angry to be there. Could have been the guest they were dealing with before us who seemed challenging, but then they projected their frustration on us.

Breakfast buffet amazing! Sushi(opens @4:00) is also great. Food was just great everywhere in this resort! Beach was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed a few games of volleyball(balls are free), so much fun. Fireworks our first night! The pool area is great, and relaxing started to rain for about half an hour, so kids just hoped into the indoor pool ; ) towels are always warm! Staff is super friendly and accommodating Mahamed, to be exact! I have 2 teenagers and a toddler. Everyone loved it! It's literally fun for the whole family! Had an amazing time. I'm a super picky person, but this resort definitely hit my expectations and some! Well done!

Razor was really pricey at the gift shop/convince store! So, just come prepared!

The hotel was great. Lots of space for a family of 4 to relax in the room. Also enjoyed the outdoor pool and beach area with chair set up. Food was delicious and staff was friendly. Especially the servers.

Wish more of a food selection for indoor dining in the evening. Also wish when we got there someone had explained to us a little about the resort and how to find things, etc. We had to always ask questions like where do we get on the shuttle, how do these breakfast coupons work, how to reserve chairs at beach, etc. it would have been so much more beneficial for them to give a a quick rundown or have it in the rooms for first time guests.
