I love the staffing at the facility. They were very friendly. The room was very clean. I am an account manager for housekeeping and I was very impressed. My wife and sone loved the pool. Though the gym did not have much, me and my son enjoyed working out in there.

The gym could us some new equipment. The chair in our room had a stain on it. I had no other problems than that.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, our room was huge and it was in a great location, was there for a graduation. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check in and our was a breeze. Definitely will stay again.

The bathroom door in our room should’ve been repaired or replaced, the pool area was very small and stayed crowded with kids.

It was a nice room and quiet for sleeping.

I was charged 50 dollars, just because they wanted to. They said it was to protect them, but who protects me from these sort of scams. I'm supposed to wait on a refund that I'll never see. you can't trust anyone anymore. Everyone is trying to rip you off.

The location was perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and the bed was more comfortable than any hotel I’ve stayed in for a very long time.

My ONLY complaint was with the gym. The treadmills didn’t feel safe because the belts kept shifting, and the elliptical was very squeaky. The room smelled a bit damp which is probably why the equipment felt dirty and rusty.

Bathroom needs a bench to be more compatible for guests with disabilities -had difficulty with bathtub; bathroom floor was slippery throughout the stay; top ceiling wall over the bathtub looks like beginning of mold problem. Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, accommodated our needs,especially front desk; checkin/check out was smooth; maintenance person was very helpful.

The convenience to Glennville, Ga.

I was unable to watch any local stations (for weather purposes and local news). There was no signal, I called twice to the front desk to let them know and that there was a long cable hanging from the side of the TV.

The location was great for our needs. The room was clean and thehe breakfast was very tasty.

The air conditioner would kick off to often and wait until the room was warm before coming back on. We was in a handicap room and it was a bit cramped. The bed was a little to hard for us.

The bed was a little firm. We reserved a room with a king bed. The bed had 4 small pillows. For a bed of that size, it would have been nice to have king-size pillows.

The room was very comfortable and the price was fabulous. The only thing I was very unhappy about was it said check out was at 11 and the cleaning staff was banging on the door at 10 wanting to know if I was ready to leave so they could clean!

I like the comfort of the beds and the kindness of the staff. I liked that the hotel had an elevator.

I saw a bug in the bathroom, and the water temperature only reached warm, not hot. The microwave was old. The entry automatic doors didn't work.
