Very convenient. Place was clean. Staff nice and helpful.

Air conditioner was leaking onto the rug and the whole side around it was soaked. I told a staff member but I got the feeling he wasn’t surprised. Breakfast could have used some muffins, oranges, and bananas. Maybe some jelly for the toast.

I don't think that it's fair if I book through booking that I can't use my choice points and that I have to book through choice I think it doesn't matter where you book if you book through choice or through booking you should still be able to get the points

Friendly staff at front

Entered at dark, side door was unlocked; The front staff told customer that if she gave him a $20 that he would give her a discount and he have not done that for anyone else; ice machine broken on first floor and no sign saying where to get ice; finally chair had a nasty stain on it!

Clean rooms and room got cleaned while we were gone. Was expecting a bit more than bread and coffee for breakfast. Was told there would be eggs and sausage at least. The kids liked the waffles

Richard did an amazing job with accomodations, customer service and understanding...The rooms are very clean, staff is great at being attentive and my overall stay is very welcoming and pleasant

Staff very friendly. Location was convenient.

Card key didn't open outer doors, even after having them reset. Had to walk around to the front entrance and knock on the door to be let in. Room felt damp, although not surprised as it was very humid outside. Not the fault of facility.

Didn’t like having the housekeeper knocking at 9:20am the day of the check out asking if we were leaving or staying. Check out is at 11am, they should have a list of people leaving and not bothering to ask. But overall, everything else was good

It was a good clean room. Toward evening there were a lot of people that walked around walking to and from the place. I don't know if they lived an apartment or in the motel.

The staff accommodated or needs as we requested. They were definitely their to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. Absolutely love the courtyard with a fountain!

Hubby commented about the hard floors (he likes carpeting).

Breakfast was the only downside. It was good, it just wasn’t stock properly. They ran out of hot food and it took over a half hour for them to put more stuff out.
