The staff was really nice Ashley was really nice to me and my daughters I'm sure she will remember me and two other ladies the one with braids and the other one with glasses they were very nice everyone was very nice the food was good I think you should add boiled eggs to the menu and let the customers be able to take their food back to their room and eat breakfast people are not as clean as other people, when I eat my breakfast I don't want to hear someone blowing their nose just a thought!!!

Well I stayed there for a while my first couple of days I stayed on the second floor was horrible people knocking on your doors and it smells like pee real bad!!!and all the cocktail table legs was broke, when Ashley moved me to the third floor I wanted to stay even longer it was really nice smell nice in the room was way cleaner!!!!

I really enjoy the room and especially the shower. The kitchen with a fridge so that I could keep my soft drinks cold. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed. I appreciate how clean the rooms were and I enjoyed the breakfast and the kindness of the staff especially the front desk clerk. I didn't get her name. She was very helpful and they were getting ready for a Christmas party. The lobby was amazing. I found a hotel that I will continue to reserve a spot each time i come back to Spring.

The food is good they should really add boiled eggs everyone doesn't like fried eggs or scramble you should be able to take your food to your room I don't want to eat my breakfast around people blowing their nose

Customer service at the front desk was great. They called our room 30 minutes after we arrived just to check to make sure that everything was comfortable in the room. Great hospitality

The only negative was that the ice machine on the first floor was not working and I had to go to the third floor but outside of that everything was comfortable. The hotel is still under construction but there was no issues as far as hospitality the hostess.

It was clean. One could tell that the place was out dated and repairs have been done, but it was functional and clean which was a great suprise for a value hotel.

Bed was hard and caused hip pain and really wish there would've been more of a hot food selection at breakfast. The first day had sausage and the second day had sausage and boiled eggs. This was closer to a continential breakfast not the 'hot breakfast' that I was led to believe.

The time you all serve breakfast 6:30 am is late for the people that have to be at work at 6 am .it would be nice if they could start at 5:30 or 6am

The plumbing. Shower leaked water while off. Toliet did not flush appropriately and the entire bowel was loose.

I was extremely tired when I arrived and they got me in a room early. It was very appreciated.

For some reason the swimming pool is never open, it was the reason I selected this hotel.
