The man at the office was very polite, informative, and very helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The room had 2 double beds. However, the mattresses were harder than we'd like, but it was okay. Super cold AC!! Parking is a bit tight, but if you get back early enough, you'll get one of the 12 pkg spaces. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we need to get a basic and very clean room. Newly remodeled. Our room was the 1st one upstairs above the office and right at Sunset Boulevard, and you couldn't hear any street traffic!!

Checking in and out was very short and easy and the person I talked to was very nice and friendly! The room was tidied up every day, and they did a really good job at it. The room itself was decently spacious, and looked a lot prettier than I was expecting. When I was having parking trouble due to it being full, someone from the staff helped me park so I wouldn't have to do so on the street, which was very kind of them. The bed was pretty comfy and the fridge had a lot of space. I needed a pair of scissors and the staff let me borrow one :) I locked myself out of my room and they let me back in no problem!

Going in and out of the parking area was very cramped and made me a little scared, but it can't be helped considering the location. No microwave but it wasn't on the listing so can't really complain about that.

Danny, the manager in charge, was a treat to talk to. The person who takes care of the rooms needs all appreciation for her dedication to work! I think the motel went through an upgrade a few months ago, and everything seemed just perfect during my stay of three and a half days here! For a solo traveller, this place was an absolute treat. The Hollywood Boulevard was at a walkable distance, the bus stop was right there, the metro station was at a walkable distance as well, and the really good restaurants were right just around the corner. Even the laundry shop, salon, and groceries stores were less than half a kilometre away! Exceptional value for money!

I wish at least the water was provided for those all those who came to stay here at no cost, but this is LA for us all!

Great value, good location and friendly staff who were so helpful. We arrived early and the staff were so kind to look after our luggage until we could book in. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. The hotel is located just west of Hollywood and a short uber ride to town. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel to travellers who are on a budget.

The hotel is located on West Sunset Blvd, our room was near the front of the hotel so we did get some noise through the night from the traffic/Sirens. I would not recommend leaving the hotel at night as it's not safe. The aircon was quite noisy so we turned it off when we slept. The towels are very small and need upgrading to larger ones.

The staff was excellent, the room was clean, room smelled nice without smelling like air freshner. The A/C worked great, and everything you needed was pretty much within walking distance. I'm in town every few months for events, and with this hotel being the lowest price in the area, I'll definitely be staying here again.

It was a bummer there wasn't a bathtub in the room, but that was kinda expected lol. The only handicap space was taken by a car without a placcard or a DP license plate, but there was limited amount of spaces in the lot, plus the parking space directly in front of my room was free all night, so I didn't want to complain and ruin multiple people's night. All in all, I'd give this convenient little spot an 8 out 10. Definitely reccomend 😉

Great Great Great staff working the front desk. So friendly and accommodating. Manager of the year of you ask me. He does a great job of making sure the property is in good shape top to bottom. Makes sure you receive your room service everyday and just goes the extra mile. Comfortable and clean rooms. Planning to stay again here soon

Can't think of anything I didn't like

Room is big enough and as expected. However, there was no microwave, but the fridge works well. The air conditioner and fridge was making weird and loud noises throughout the stay, but it’s bearable. Parking was ok, but it’s a tight space. It was close to everything I was going to.

This was great value for being so close to Hollywood main sites. We walked up to the observatory without difficulty and could have gone on to the Hollywood sign but for the heat. Staff were so helpful for advising on local travel and our forward journey. I would recommend.VALUE INN.

No complaints. The AC was an old unit and a little noisy, but not an issue.

I loved this hotel, I was hesitant when booking it as read some poor reviews... but I have nothing bad to say about it. The location was excellent The bed was one of the comfiest I ever slept on, and it was massive! Room was very clean Staff let us check in an hour early
