The room was very spacious and the gym at the hotel was actually quite large and full featured. The location is a little in the middle of nowhere for being in the center of Bethesda, but it's on a major artery so it's easy to get places with a car from there as a jumping off point.

It was perfectly solid as a hotel, but not exceptional, like most hotels a little more expensive than you would hope. Very clean and well lit garage. The lobby was spacious and the fragrance is phenomenal. Nice looking bar and restaurant area. Enjoyed a Caprese flatbread and Greek salad one evening. Very delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean and the air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom could stand to have better lighting; was a little bit difficult to apply makeup. Great location for getting around downtown Bethesda. For the area, I believe the price was fair. I wish it was pet friendly because my husband and I like to travel with our dog and I definitely would’ve returned to enjoy a weekend away with my husband and my dog. It was fun for a weekend with my best friend to celebrate our high school reunion.

The fact that it is not pet friendly, but otherwise no real issues with the property at all.

Was booked as bed and breakfast. On check-in I explicitly asked if breakfast was included, and was told no. I had to dig out the booking.com confirmation and show them that breakfast was included. Only then I got breakfast vouchers. Still had to pay the quasi-mandatory tip for breakfast. Wifi is not free, you have to be member of their loyalty scheme to get free wifi. This feels very archaic for a business hotel in 2024. I complained, and got a free login code.

The customer service was amazing. We had a problem with our room the first night where a lot of things weren’t working properly and Mr. Ricky was amazing with getting us a new room the next morning. He was very kind, helpful and understanding about the situation. Location was perfect to a lot of restaurants and stores all in walking distance or short drives. The rooftop pool was also a good spot to spend time. A little small for the amount of guests and kids but the ambiance and views were great. The hotel itself was beautiful as well. It had nice decor, was clean and very comfortable.

Parking lot can be tricky. Depending on the size of your car depends on where you can park. Parking was also tight in some spots. Our first room had a tub in the bathroom which it was not supposed to be due to the room we booked, and it didn’t have hot water. It also felt as if it was bulked and moving as if it was going to fall through to the next floor. Refrigerator in the room also did not work and the tv had a few imagine glitches. Thankfully they were all resolved the next day with the new room. The hotel also did not have extra wash cloths.

I had a really positive experience staying at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and within walking distance from the NIH where I was attending a two day meeting. During my time in Bethesda I lost my wallet with all my credit cards and photo ID. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful through this ordeal. They reviewed the security check in footage with me to help me retrace my steps and the events around the time I lost my belongings, the manager offered me to dine at the expense of the hotel on the evening I was dealing with my lost property and clearly stressed out and panicking and they helped me locate the nearest police precinct to report my missing items. They also were flexible in accepting alternative methods of paying for my stay and working with me given the circumstances I found myself in. Every single staff member was kind and patient and helpful. It was nice to not have to worry about meals and paying for my stay while I sorted out how to access funds and get back home. They really took care of a guest in distress which reflects the nature of he business they run and he culture of the staff. I highly recommend.

The only minor gripe for me was paying 9$ a day for wifi access. Most hotels these days have free wifi access especially places which charge > 200$ a night

Everything was exceptional, everything. Great views, very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. What more can I say other than very good. I"ll be staying their often for the next several months. .

The price of coffee and the slightly high price of the buffet. The views in the top floor was outstanding. I can't think of one more thing I didn't like. I would like a few more seats in the lobby to watch for shuttles.

My partner and I could not work the shower. Perhaps we were being dumb, but there were two things to turn/pull and two ways for the water to come out and we had to push pull and turn multiple times before we finally made it work. I would have liked a piece of paper with instructions of some kind. Also, I didn't *love* that I had to become a Hilton Honors member just to use the Wifi. But that's small.

The restaurant service sucked!!! Oscar was a horrible waiter. Waiting for drinks for 20 minutes and when I asked watch was taking so long he gave me an attitude. So I gave him a few choice words and left. He should be fired!! I went to the front desk and told him. Don’t know if anything was done about.
