Staff was very good. Breakfast room was really very good. The only thing lacking is more rooms for seniors and physically challenged folks like myself who do better with a walk in shower ( I have had hip and knee replacements). So higher toilets and walk in showers are safety factors...but at least they had a grab bar in the tub so I could shower in the tub.... but always a little nervous.... with a 5 day stay, ya gotta clean up sometime!

Good size room, comfortable beds. Great location - close to malls (including outlet mall) and Valley fair as well as accessible to downtown for concert with excellent freeways. Restaurants close by. Staff were all very friendly!

The water was very hard (didn't lather) and somewhat rusty when taps turned on. Breakfast was adequate and nice to have included but better coffee would go a long way. Gluten free options always nice.

Lori (front desk) went above & beyond for us. My husband had just recently had heart surgery & was not feeling well at all. She signed us up for the rewards program and let us check in way earlier than we expected too. Since we had to leave so early to get to the airport, she let us get stuff for breakfast so we would have something to eat before we left. She was so friendly & extremely understanding of our situation. We will definitely stay there again when back in MN. The hotel overall was so neat & clean. I was super impressed. TY again Lori for making our stay great !!!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze and person at the counter helped with directions, finding a place to eat, etc. Overall great experience.

The breakfast was not very good and the coffee machine was down. But even then, the service was great and the person at the counter tried to handle the coffee machine immediately. There was high willingness to help and service at all times.

The hot breakfasts were cold if you weren’t there when they brought them out. The eggs were the dry ordered ones and the potatoes were tasteless. The pancakes and oatmeal were great. Wish they had hot chocolate mix for us no coffee drinkers since they had hot water.

The location was amazing and the staff were wonderful. You do need to speak with the staff to order room cleaning just so you know. It’s not everyday. For the shoppers, The location is near Hy-Vee, Ulta, Walmart and next to it is a small Sephora, T.J Maxx & Marshalls. It’s also about 10-20 minutes away from the Twin Cities Outlet Mall and Mall of America.

Hmm, after Covid they stopped having the airport shuttle which is a little disappointing but we just rented a car so it was no biggie.

The breakfast is nice, place is quite, staff is exceptional, money being invested into property w/ updates.

Pet station at south entrance is never stocked so people can't pick up after their pets, so BYOB's

I have stayed at a few different hotels in Eagan, however I get the best nights sleep at Best Western.

The only issue, but just a small one, was that certain channels were not coming in on the TV. Not sure if it was a satellite issue. The staff tried to remedy the issue but was not able to. Again just a small issue.

A very comfortable place to stay with amazing and hospitable staff. We have been coming here for years and will definitely come back!

The breakfast could have been better but we still managed to find options we like.

No bags in provided in pet waste station so it makes it hard for guests to pick up after their dog.
