Great value while on close proximity to shows and places of interest. Clean and comfortable rooms and great breakfast options. Especially appreciated the extra efforts of front desk staff to help a family get situated in a sister hotel after an apparent incomplete registration.

Our request for rooms close to each other was not fulfilled even though reservations were made months in advance. We were located on 2 different floors. It would be nice to have four towels available in double queen rooms.

Location, breakfast selection, room, staff, all good.

Breakfast was good but the area was to small to accomodate guest when hotel is full. Breakfast staff was trying hard to keep up with demand but to many guests trying to have breakfast at the same time 9:00-9:30. May want to consider extending breakfast time to 10 or 10:30 to help ease the flow. It is Las Vegas people may want to sleep in a little longer. Beds were not mounted properly to bedframe.

Housekeeping needs to be requested a day in advance. Noisy airconditioning, no free daily water but there are convenient stores nearby.

We liked the location and the room.

Terrible customer service. I could not get receipt upon departure. I emailed and called. It took 10 days to respond to my messaging on Bookings.com I had to get a customer service rep from Bookings to call the hotel to get a receipt. Terribly understaffed. Not knowledgeable employees.

I appreciated the free coffee available throughout the day, as well as the large, comfortable beds. The common lounge provided a relaxing space to unwind and do online work. Most of the staff were very polite and welcoming, always greeting guests warmly. The pool area was also excellent.

The pool area was shared between two hotels, and we noticed two men openly smoking marijuana there. This created an uncomfortable situation, especially for me as a father with children present.

Great location, right around the corner from MGM Grand. Nice big room, breakfast was fine. Laundry room was very convenient. They also have a nice pool but we went to the one at MGM. Most of the staff (but not everyone) were super nice.

Price is too high for a Holiday Inn. A false fire alarm went off in the early morning and it took them forever to stop it.

This location is easily accessible from the strip. Right across from MGM. It was very clean and the breakfast was awesome with a lot of food and drink choices.

The biscuit gravy was very good but could’ve been warmer. I don’t like how they charge for parking once you are there. The man who checked us in said it was one price but online it was cheaper. He did give me a cheaper price which was very nice. Just build it into the room price and call it free for future travelers.

Absolutely acceptable. Nothing to write home about but as long as there is SOME protein option in the morning, I'm fine. Which was the case here. There's a great gym in the building that no one uses. I was there by myself, all the time. Excellent! What we LOVED was the laundry. We wash stuff every day, so this was enormously beneficial. And the staff was great, super helpful and flexible.

The AC was a tad loud, but it wasn't a big deal

We had a great 1 night stay in this hotel. It is comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The breakfast was simple but good. The pillows on the bed are excellent, and the beds are comfortable. We had a late flight and were able to get a late checkout and were still able to enjoy the gym and pool after that, and complimentary coffee until we had to leave. We were also able to store our bags. This was very helpful and appreciated. The hotel is a short walk to the main strip and also close to the airport, but is quiet. I would recommend this hotel.
