Traveling for work and needing to go to the convention center, this was a good location and a good hotel for the price. It offers the basic options for a place to regroup, refresh and get a decent night sleep.

The rooms are a little dated and could use some minor repairs. A deeper cleaning would be nice. However, I would not consider the place very dirty. I did not feel gross about the conditions.

Not a bad place at all for the price! We arrived late and called just five minutes ahead—someone was already there waiting for us when we pulled in. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The laundry room is spacious, with four washers and dryers, so even though others were using it, we had no trouble getting everything done. There's no breakfast offered, but a popular bagel café is just a 2-minute walk away.

We were disappointed to find out that the pool was closed during our stay. I don’t recall seeing any notice about this when we booked, and it would have been helpful to know in advance. A functioning pool would have been especially appreciated given the summer heat.

The bed was comfortable. The location was great for me. The staff was very friendly. Archie was great. Parking was free and convenient.

The toilet kept running. I had to ask 3 times for it to be fixed. In the meantime, I temporarily solved the problem with a spoon. I was in the handicapped room because I needed a room on the first floor. If I indeed had needed the shower bench, which I didn't, I wouldn't have been able to use it because it was broken. The refrigerator door opens inconveniently and could easily be changed.

The location is insane. It is right off the strip maybe 100 feet right down the street from tacos El Gordo, which is amazing facilities were clean despite the reviews saying that there are rats and cockroaches didn’t find one. My only dislike was the hair that was in the shower drain but I layered up some napkins and just tossed it. Myself wasn’t a big deal. Beds were comfortable. I think the last guests had Netflix signed in or maybe the hotel already has Netflix that was great. The TVs are immersive and smart TVs and they’re just great air-conditioning worked so well just highly recommend.

Great place right on the Strip, near the Circus Casino. Next to it is a great Bagelmania store too (great bagels of all kinds). Also the possibility of using a pool was nice although we did not have time to actually use it. Rooms were clean.

We had two rooms, one was without problems, the other though was rather smelly. Smelled like a wet dog. We were fine with it since we have dogs at home but it could be an issue for some other people.

I was in town to attend a conference within walking distance of this property (but which had much higher hotel rates), and was very pleased with its location, comfort, cleanliness and staff, who let me check in a bit early and also allowed me to store my luggage for a few hours after checking out. A great value in the middle of the Strip, and would definitely stay here again. A+ for the friendliness of the staff all around. And no resort fees!!

The booked room was spacious and felt cozy during the five-day stay. There were kitchen and nice functional A/C unit that accommodated my needs. The location has nearby restaurants and nice places to go within walking distance.

The shower faucet was outdated and a bit rusty which needs to be renovated. The functional A/C unit worked pretty well but I had to wipe out dust trapped on the outer filter. On the location, I could see homeless people walking on nearby streets which can be common in the Vegas area. Such things can be improved later on.

Staff was great! Beds were comfortable and the pillows were the most comfortable ever slept on.

Parking. The one way in and one way out was great. The clearance on the going out EXIT was a little difficult. Long trucks and the suburban type Large SUV's were a little close. Afraid of scraping vehicles. That was stressful.

Excellent location! Right next to the convention center, and a 10 minute walk from the rail bus.

Its small but it has everything you need, if your intention is going out to meet Vegas and just having a place to crash every night. Rooms have a kitchenette including a mini fridge and the bathrooms even have a bathtub!

Two welcome bottles of water, very good location close to the Strip and easily connected to the airport, no noise from the street, pleasant staff, relatively clean room, comfortable bed, swimming pool included, free and delicious donuts every day, quick check in / out, tv worked but you have to fiddle with the remote control a bit to run the programs, big plus microwave and fridge in the room, spacious room. $100 deposit returned on time.

A bit polluted pool and dirty sunbeds, no 24h reception, no cutlery and no kettle, no paper towels in the kitchen and very weak wifi that hardly worked at all.
